Owners description
Lindos Beach House is located 100m away from the sandy beach in the town of Kriopigi, in the second row from the sea on the eastern coast of Kassandra. The accommodation is 1.8km away from the center of Kriopigi, where restaurants, taverns and markets are located.
This house is spread over two levels and is designed to accommodate seven people. On the ground floor, there is a living room with a kitchen, a bedroom and a bathroom, while on the first floor, there are two more bedrooms and two bathrooms. The bedrooms upstairs feature a double bed, while on the ground floor there are two single beds in the bedroom and a sofa in the living room.
The house is air-conditioned and includes WiFi internet, a washing machine, a kitchen equipped with a large fridge with a freezer, a stove with a large oven and four ceramic hobs, a dishwasher, an instant coffee mixer and a kettle.
Guests can enjoy a direct sea view from the veranda equipped with a seating set or from the balcony.
In the well-maintained courtyard, guests have access to a jacuzzi and a barbecue.
Small pets are allowed to stay in this accommodation with prior agreement with the owners and at an additional cost.
During their stay, guests are responsible for maintaining hygiene in the accommodation, as well as for changing bed linen and towels. For all reservations, there is a mandatory cleaning fee at the end of the stay.
Guests can park their vehicles in front of the accommodation.
Thessaloniki International Airport is 81km away from Lindos Beach House, while the popular resort of Kalithea is 5km away and Polichrono is 7km away.

All taxes and services are included, except the accommodation fee – 10€ per night for the whole unit.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 60 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of no-show, 100% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.
