Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 60 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of no-show, 100% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.
*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.Description
In the second row from the sea in the village of Kriopigi, on the Kassandra peninsula, there is the Lindos Beach House accommodation with an impressive sea view.
The accommodation is located 100m from the sandy beach, accessible by a downhill path, and about 1.8km from the center of Kriopigi, where restaurants, taverns, and shops are located.
This two-story house can accommodate up to seven people. On the first level, on the ground floor, there is a living room with a kitchen, a bedroom with two single beds, and a bathroom with a shower cabin, while on the second level, on the first floor, there are two bedrooms with double beds, as well as two bathrooms, one with a shower cabin and the other with a bathtub. There is a sofa in the living room.
Facilities include air conditioning, WiFi internet, a flat-screen TV, a washing machine, a kitchen equipped with a large refrigerator with a freezer, a stove with a large oven and four ceramic hobs, a dishwasher, a coffee maker, and a kettle. Small pets are allowed in this accommodation with prior agreement with the owners and at an additional cost.
During their stay, guests are responsible for maintaining cleanliness in the accommodation, as well as changing bed linen and towels. For all reservations, there is a mandatory cleaning fee at the end of the stay.
Guests can enjoy a direct sea view from the veranda equipped with seating or from the balcony. Within the landscaped yard with maintained lawn, guests have access to a jacuzzi and a barbecue.
Guests can park their vehicles in front of the accommodation.
Coming from the direction of Thessaloniki, when you reach the Greek Pride Aithrion hotel, turn left and continue driving for the next 250m to the first right turn. After turning right, you will turn right again after 60m and continue straight to the Paradise Kriopigi accommodation, where you need to turn right towards the entrance to the complex. Continue to follow the road leading through the complex, and when you reach the second to last row of houses, the first house on the right is your destination - Lindos Beach House.
If your imperative during the vacation is a sea view, privacy, and a large yard where you will spend unforgettable moments with family and friends, then Lindos Beach House can be a good choice.
