Europa Stefanos Apartments is situated in a peaceful location in Kriopigi, a charming resort on the Kassandra peninsula, known for its lush greenery and pleasant atmosphere. The property is just 420 m from the town beach in Kriopigi, which is predominantly pebbly, while very beautiful and attractive beaches with crystal-clear waters can be found immediately before and after Kriopigi. A particularly pleasant atmosphere is provided by the peaceful, enclosed garden with olive trees, a shared social area and a barbecue. Europa Stefanos Apartments is an excellent choice for couples seeking a relaxing holiday surrounded by greenery, while remaining close to the sea and some of the most beautiful beaches in Kassandra.
The property consists of a total of five units distributed between two buildings. The first building houses four apartments, while the second building has one apartment. Each apartment is located on the ground floor and offers a pleasant and functional space suitable for a maximum of two adults. The apartments consist of a living room, kitchen, one bedroom and a bathroom. The bedrooms are furnished with a double bed or a narrower-than-standard double bed.
A baby cot is not available, as the property is exclusively intended for adults aged 18 and over.
Each apartment has one air-conditioning unit located in the living room, a TV, a hairdryer, and a kitchen equipped with a four-ring stove and a large oven, a large refrigerator with a freezer, a kettle and a coffee maker.
Each apartment has its own veranda furnished with a table and chairs, a parasol and a sun lounger. Guests can also enjoy the shared garden area with outdoor seating and a barbecue, ideal for socializing and preparing meals outdoors.
Pets are not allowed at this property.
During their stay, guests are responsible for cleaning their apartment themselves, while bed linen and towels are not changed during the stay.

- Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of no-show, 50% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
