Dimitra Sea View Villa is located in a quiet part of the small and peaceful village of Loutra, about 850 meters from a beach nestled in a small, hidden cove. The villa is modernly furnished, spacious, and airy, providing a pleasant setting for a calm and relaxing holiday. The accommodation is particularly suitable for larger families or groups of friends, as it offers plenty of space for a comfortable stay for all guests. Thanks to its location, guests can enjoy the tranquility and authentic atmosphere of this part of the Kassandra peninsula.

The apartment with three bedrooms, structured as a maisonette, spreads over two levels and can accommodate up to ten adults and one child. On the lower level, at ground floor level, there is a living room with a kitchen and a toilet, while on the upper level, on the first floor, there are three bedrooms and a bathroom. One bedroom features a double bed, the second bedroom has two joined single beds, while the third bedroom contains two separate single beds. In the living room, there are two sofa beds for two persons each and an armchair bed for one child.

Upon request and included in the price, a baby cot is available.

In this air-conditioned accommodation, guests have access to free WiFi, TV, a hair dryer, a washing machine, as well as a fully equipped kitchen with four ceramic cooktops, a large oven, a large refrigerator with a freezer, a microwave oven, a dishwasher, a kettle, a coffee maker, and a toaster.

On the ground floor there is a spacious veranda, while on the first floor there is a balcony accessible from two bedrooms. Both areas are equipped with comfortable seating furniture, ideal for relaxing and enjoying the pleasant atmosphere. Guests also have access to a nicely arranged and fenced yard where there is also a seating set, perfect for relaxing outdoors.

Small pets are allowed in this accommodation upon prior agreement with the owner and with an additional charge. Guests staying with their pets are required to pay a security deposit, which is refunded at check-out if the accommodation is returned in the same condition in which it was received.

Guests enter a clean accommodation and are responsible for maintaining hygiene during their stay, while the replacement of towels and bed linen is not provided. A cleaning service is available for an additional fee.

One parking space in front of the accommodation is provided for guests.

Dimitra Sea View Villa is located 8 km from Nea Skioni, 10 km from Pefkohori, and 14 km from Hanioti. The nearest airport, Makedonia Airport in Thessaloniki, is located 105 km away.

Loutra is known for its thermal springs and traditional architecture, and it is often referred to as a small spa destination in the western part of Kassandra. At the top of the cliff above the sea, there is a spa center that you can visit, while below it there is a natural thermal spring where visitors can enjoy the warm water, although the access is not particularly easy. The water from this spring has a temperature of about 39°C and contains sulfur, making it suitable for the treatment of rheumatism, arthritis, and certain skin conditions.

Booking and Cancellation Terms

Overnight environmental tax is not included in prices.
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 60 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of no-show, 100% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged. *If a deposit refund is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of the costs depends on the chosen shipping method and bank. The average time for a refund after cancellation is three weeks.

Price note

Minimum stay requirement is six nights.
Upon arrival at the accommodation, guests staying with pets are required to leave a security deposit of 200€. The deposit will be retained by the owner as security in case of any damage, and will be refunded in full if no damage has been caused.
Environmental tax is not included in the price and is 15€ per night.
