Bunterakis Apartments is located in Mola Kaliva, on the western coast of the Kassandra peninsula, a small and peaceful village far from mass tourism. This idyllic destination offers just a few taverns, restaurants, bars, markets, and a bakery, but its simplicity makes it perfect for those looking to escape the crowds and enjoy a truly relaxing vacation. Additionally, Mola Kaliva serves as an excellent starting point for exploring some of Kassandra’s most beautiful beaches and hidden gems, combining tranquility and relaxation with opportunities for adventure and discovering the enchanting nature of this Greek peninsula.

There are two apartments available, located 30 meters apart on the same street. Both are situated on the ground floor.

The first apartment can accommodate six adults. It consists of a living room with a kitchen, two bedrooms, and a bathroom. One bedroom has a double bed, the second bedroom has two joined single beds, while the living room features two single sofa beds.

The second apartment can accommodate four adults and one child. It includes a living room with a kitchen, a bedroom, and a bathroom. The bedroom has a double bed, while the living room contains two single sofa beds and a foldable armchair suitable for a child.

A baby crib is available upon request, free of charge.

These air-conditioned apartments offer guests a TV with satellite channels, WiFi internet, a hairdryer, and a fully equipped kitchen with a stove (two or four burners), a small or large oven, a large fridge with a freezer, a kettle, a toaster, and a coffee maker. The first apartment additionally includes a washing machine and a microwave.

Guests can relax and unwind on the veranda, furnished with a seating area, as well as in the small but well-maintained and fenced yard, which includes a barbecue.

Small pets are allowed upon prior agreement, with no extra charge.

Although there is no designated parking, guests can usually find parking space on the street in front of the accommodation.

Guests enter a clean apartment and are responsible for maintaining hygiene during their stay. A replacement set of towels and bed linens is provided halfway through the stay, which guests change themselves.

Bunterakis Apartments is located 7 km from Nea Skioni and 9 km from Posidi, while the popular resorts of Hanioti and Polihrono are 16 km and 20 km away, respectively. The nearest airport is Thessaloniki’s Makedonia Airport, 95 km away.

Booking and Cancellation Terms

Overnight environmental tax is not included in prices.
Deposit of 20% is required to confirm the reservation. 100% of total reservation need to be paid 14 days prior arrival. If cancelled at any time paid money is non-refundable. In the case of no-show, 100% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged. *If a deposit refund is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of the costs depends on the chosen shipping method and bank. The average time for a refund after cancellation is three weeks.

Price note

The remaining amount should be paid no later than 14 days prior to arrival to the accommodation.
Minimum stay is five nights.
The environmental tax is 8 euros.
