The accommodation has one three-bed studio and two five-bed apartments on the ground floor. All three units have two levels.
The three-bed studio on the lower level in the living room with kitchen has a sofa for one adult or two small children, and there is a double bed on the gallery.
The five-bed apartments on the lower level in the living room with a kitchen have a sofa for one person, a separate bedroom with a double bed and two single beds on the upper level.
The kitchens in all units are equipped the same, they have a large fridge with freezer, two hotplates, a coffee machine, necessary dishes.
The bathrooms are also the same, they have a shower tray with a curtain.
All units have a private sitting area on the ground floor overlooking the street.
Accommodation units have air conditioning, TV, WiFi internet, mosquito nets, hair dryer.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.
*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.Glossary of terms
