Our description
Aqua Mare Sea Side Hotel is located in the center of Nea Kallikratia, at just 30m from the sandy beach. It has 13 clean and comfortable accommodation units for 2-5 people on bed and breakfast, half board and full board basis. Restaurants, cafes and shops are just a few steps from this hotel operating all year.
The accommodation units are spread over four floors. There is also an elevator available.
The suite is set on the last floor, with two bedrooms (and a terrace on the back), a living room, a fully equipped kitchen, bathroom and a spacious terrace (on the front) with a barbecue and amazing view of the sea and city center. The bedrooms have one double i.e. two single beds, and the living room has a sofa bed. The kitchen is equipped with a large stove, fridge with freezer, dishwasher and necessary utensils. The apartment also has a washing machine.
Other rooms have no kitchen and a terrace. They have a small fridge.
All accommodation units are air-conditioned, have internet, satellite TV, hairdryer and safe box.
Cleaning is carried out daily, while towels and bed linen are replaced after 1-2 days.
There is a daily reception on the ground floor and the main one is at the Aqua Mare Hotel, about 200m away. Breakfast is served at this hotel and dinner is served at a nearby tavern.
There's no private parking, and since the hotel is located in the central square, be prepared for the rush in the high season.

Owners description
Αqua Mare Sea Side Hotel is about 200 meters from Aqua Mare Hotel and is located in the central square of Nea Kallikratia in Halkidiki and opposite the beach.
It has 13 double, triple and quadruple rooms, with a door between them. Rooms have no balconies, but large windows.
On the last floor, there is a suite with a large balcony, two bedrooms, kitchen, bathroom, two sofa beds, fireplace, barbecue and a unique view.
Service is based on BB and HB (the dinner will be in the restaurant next to the hotel, on the beach in the area). Guests can have breakfast in Αqua Mare Hotel as there is a reception for both hotels to check-in.
We have free WiFi internet in all areas. All rooms have a hairdryer, TV, kettle, slippers and hotel amenities (shampoo, shower gel, etc..).
We can also arrange an excursion to the Petralona cave (10km from the hotel).
We are only 30 minutes from the beautiful city of Thessaloniki.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. 100% of total reservation need to be paid 13 days prior arrival. If cancelled 14 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled 4 or more days prior to arrival, 50% of total reservation will be charged. If cancelled at any time later, 100% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of no-show, 100% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.
*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.Glossary of terms

dobara dan, htela bih da rezervišem smeštaj za 4 odrasle osobe u Aqua Mare Sea Side u Nea Kalikratiji. Čekirala sam opciju pun pansion u periodu od 17-23,06,2024 (6 noćenja) za 2 BEDROOM APARTMENT, SEA VIEW. Prikazana je cena od ukupno 1963€ i to mi odgovara. Imam dva pitanja: na koji način da vam uplatim 30% rezervaciju i zamolila bih vas za info o plaži u smislu da li na plaži blizu hotela ima suncobrana i ležaljki i koja je cena iznajmljivanja. hvala
