Hotel Description

Aqua Mare Sea Side Hotel is located in the center of Nea Kallikratia, at just 30m from the sandy beach. It has 13 clean and comfortable accommodation units for 2-5 people on bed and breakfast, half board and full board basis. Restaurants, cafes and shops are just a few steps from this hotel operating all year.

The accommodation units are spread over four floors. There is also an elevator available.

The suite is set on the last floor, with two bedrooms (and a terrace on the back), a living room, a fully equipped kitchen, bathroom and a spacious terrace (on the front) with a barbecue and amazing view of the sea and city center. The bedrooms have one double i.e. two single beds, and the living room has a sofa bed. The kitchen is equipped with a large stove, fridge with freezer, dishwasher and necessary utensils. The apartment also has a washing machine.

Other rooms have no kitchen and a terrace. They have a small fridge.

All accommodation units are air-conditioned, have internet, satellite TV, hairdryer and safe box.

Cleaning is carried out daily, while towels and bed linen are replaced after 1-2 days.

There is a daily reception on the ground floor and the main one is at the Aqua Mare Hotel, about 200m away. Breakfast is served at this hotel and dinner is served at a nearby tavern.

There’s no private parking, and since the hotel is located in the central square, be prepared for the rush in the high season.

Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. 100% of total reservation need to be paid 13 days prior arrival. If cancelled 14 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled 4 or more days prior to arrival, 50% of total reservation will be charged. If cancelled at any time later, 100% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of no-show, 100% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged. *If a deposit refund is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of the costs depends on the chosen shipping method and bank. The average time for a refund after cancellation is three weeks.
