This apartment for rent is located in Nea Kallikratia on Kassandra (Halkidiki). It is situated on the first floor and it has two bedrooms, a bathroom and a fully equipped kitchen, as well as a whole-length balcony. It’s ideal for families with children, two pairs or a company of four. Two separate bedrooms, a kitchen, a balcony and a bathroom will give you comfort. Completely equipped kitchen with a stove, sink, dishes and cutlery, is suitable for everyday cooking and preparing food. The air-conditioner is located in the anteroom and from this position it cools the whole apartment. Nearby, there’s a free parking provided for guests. Relax on a vacation and do not think about the parking and the maps. Each person during the holiday has 2 towels, small and big, which are replacing every 7 days, as well as bed linen.

Nea Kallikratia is only 40km away from Thessaloniki, with whom it’s connected with excellent infrastructure, regular bus line and a motorway. The motorway from Thessaloniki towards Neos Marmaras or Sarti in Sithonia, or Polychrono, Hanioti and Pefkohori on Kassandra, passes by Nea Kalikratia, that become a favourite resort with an interesting and rich offer, due to the nearby water park Waterland (30km), as well as because of the proximity of Petralona cave (10km) and Macedonia airport (30km). It’s the first in the line of resorts from Thessaloniki towards Kassandra.

The sea is crystal clear. There’s a beautiful park with a children’s playground in the center, there are restaurants, tavernas, pubs and disco-clubs at the promenade, as well as the cinema. A large number of vineyards is in the hinterland and Nea Kalikratia is famous for a top quality wine.

The apartment is located in a quiet part of the city, at just a 5-minute walk from the city beach. It’s suitable for a family of four, from the beginning of May to the end of September.

Excellent accommodation, the kitchen is fully equipped, a large terrace, parking space, everything is clean and tidy.

Booking and Cancellation Terms

Adults are considered to be persons older than 3 years.
Overnight environmental tax is not included in prices.
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. 100% of total reservation need to be paid 7 days prior arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of no-show, 100% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged. *If a deposit refund is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of the costs depends on the chosen shipping method and bank. The average time for a refund after cancellation is three weeks.
