Sea Star Apartments is a newly built accommodation in a quiet part of Nea Kallikratia, not far from the city sandy beach and the park. It has three modern suites, i.e. studios for 2-4 people. As the main advantage of the accommodation we would single out a large shared terrace at the top of the building, with outdoor furniture and barbecue, which offers a beautiful city and sea view and which is perfect for socializing and enjoying.

The beach and the nearest restaurant are 250m away from the accommodation, the nearest market is 300m away and the bakery is 400m away.

The studios are located on the ground floor, first and second floor. The building has an elevator, and it was built so that it descends from the level where the entrance to the ground floor is. The studio on the ground floor is the largest, it has 30m2, while the units on the floor are slightly smaller, 26m2. All studios in the walled separate bedroom (no door) have a double bed, and in the kitchen a single bed from which another single drawer bed can be pulled out. The kitchen has a stove, electric Turkish Greek coffee maker and a large refrigerator with freezer. The bathroom has a shower with a glass partition.

All accommodation units are air conditioned and have internet access, satellite TV, hairdryer and mosquito nets. A baby cot is available on request. The upstairs units have a terrace, with a partial sea view, while in front of the ground floor apartment there is a private area.

The guests take care of the hygiene of the units during their stay, and they also change the bed linen and towels. The owners leave one clean set.

The accommodation does not have its own parking lot, but there is always a parking space in front of the building.

Sea Star Apartments is a great choice for those looking for new accommodation near the beach, and because of the large shared terrace it is especially suitable for more families who want to spend their holidays together.

Booking and Cancellation Terms

Overnight environmental tax is not included in prices.
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 60 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of no-show, 100% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged. *If a deposit refund is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of the costs depends on the chosen shipping method and bank. The average time for a refund after cancellation is three weeks.

Price note
