Description
The Egina Apartment (40m2) is located 50m from the sea and 250m from the town beach in a serene part of Nea Kalikratia, which is perfect for a true vacation and enjoyment. It is situated on the ground floor, offering WiFi, a satellite antenna with Serbian channels, air conditioning, and a solar water heater. The kitchen is fully equipped. In the bedroom, there is a queen-size bed and a single bed, while in the kitchen, there is a pull-out bed. It includes bed linen and towels, while guests are responsible for their hygiene during their stay. Upon entering the apartment, guests will receive a towel set. Bed linen and towels are not replaced during the stay.
Vehicle parking is available in front of the building, where there is always space for parking.
The apartment is perfect for a family vacation.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.
*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.Glossary of terms

Smeštaj je ok, u suštini to je to kao na slikama. Moja primedba je na udaljenost od mora. Jeste da na 50m od smeštaja vidiš more ali plaža na kojoj mozeš da se kupaš je udaljena dobrih 600 do 700 m.
