Hotel Description
The Egina Apartment (40m2) is located 50m from the sea and 250m from the town beach in a serene part of Nea Kalikratia, which is perfect for a true vacation and enjoyment. It is situated on the ground floor, offering WiFi, a satellite antenna with Serbian channels, air conditioning, and a solar water heater. The kitchen is fully equipped. In the bedroom, there is a queen-size bed and a single bed, while in the kitchen, there is a pull-out bed. It includes bed linen and towels, while guests are responsible for their hygiene during their stay. Upon entering the apartment, guests will receive a towel set. Bed linen and towels are not replaced during the stay. Vehicle parking is available in front of the building, where there is always space for parking. The apartment is perfect for a family vacation.

A clean, beautiful, and well-equipped apartment in a great location, due to its proximity to the city beach and the lovely beaches nearby. The landlady is very kind and accommodating.

- Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.
- Overnight environmental tax is not included in prices.
- The deposit should be paid within 24h from the reservation.
- Shifts are every 10 days.
