Our description
Irene Suites is the accommodation in a quiet location in Nea Moudania, just 150m from the sandy beach, and it offers three deluxe and three superior apartments. The accommodation is new, modern, comfortable and clean, and the owner is friendly and ready to meet your needs.
The nearest supermarket (Galaxy) and bakery are 400m away, the nearest restaurant is at 170m and the center is about 700m away.
Deluxe apartments (70m2) accommodate a maximum of six people, and superior apartments (80m2) accommodate a maximum of eight people. The apartments are air-conditioned, have a TV, internet, two terraces (with umbrellas on the front terraces), mosquito nets, a kitchen with large fridge, stove, electric kettle, coffee maker, toaster and dishes, bathroom with a tub (some with glass partition, some without) and a hairdryer. A baby cot and a feeding chair are available upon request when booking.
Cleaning, as well as towels and bed linen replacement, is performed after four nights.
The yard is small but with a nice lawn for children, and since there's no parking space, guests park their vehicles on the street in front.

Owners description
Irene Suites is the accommodation in Nea Moudania, in a central yet quiet and hospitable environment. It features six brand new luxury apartments, modern, fully furnished and elegantly decorated.
There are two types of accommodation, Deluxe Apartments and Superior Apartments, both spacious with air conditioning in all bedrooms and living rooms, free WiFi internet, a balcony on the first and second floor and a patio for the units on the ground floor, with a sitting area and a view of the garden and the city.
The apartments have an equipped kitchen with a toaster, coffee and tea-making facilities, TV and a bathroom with shower and hairdryer.
Free public parking is also available.
The nearest organized beach is at 150m, the center of Nea Moudania is a 10-minute walk away, while Thessaloniki International Airport is a 30-minute drive away (51km).

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.Glossary of terms

Odlična lokacija: plaža vrlo blizu (150 m lepe šetnje), ali i prodavnice i pijaca u blizini
