Owner description
Eirini's House is situated at the corner of Nikou Kazantzaki and Nikolaidi streets, in the town of Nea Moudania on Kassandra. The central square is approximately 600m away and the city beach is 400m away. The Galaxias supermarket is located right across from the accommodation and at 350m you can also find the Masoutis supermarket.
A total of ten studios are offered, with accommodation capacity for two or three people, featuring a double or two single beds, combined with an additional single bed in the triple studios, located on the ground floor and first floor.
Upon request and at no additional cost, a baby cot can be added.
The studios are air-conditioned and offer guests complimentary Wi-Fi internet, a flat-screen TV, a hairdryer, mosquito nets, a kitchenette with a fridge without a freezer compartment, a stove with two burners and a kettle. The bathroom includes a shower cabin or a bathtub with a curtain.
All studios have a private balcony equipped with seating furniture and overlooking the street.
Pets are not allowed in this accommodation.
Guests enter a clean accommodation and are responsible for its hygiene during their stay, while the bed linen and towels are changed every four nights.
Guests can park in front of the building and in its immediate vicinity.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled at any time paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.
