Hotel Description

Dimi Residence is located in the village of Nea Mudania, 600m from the beach and 1.2km from the town center. This modern establishment, open all year round, offers an ideal space for a complete vacation, creating a perfect environment for relaxation and enjoyment at any moment.

Accommodation units are situated in the basement, ground floor, first and second floor of the building which has an elevator.

Studios can accommodate two adults and two children, consisting of a double bed, a single sofa bed, an extra bed, a kitchenette, and a bathroom.

Apartments can accommodate from two to six people, consisting of a living room, a kitchen with a dining area, one or two bedrooms (with a double bed or a double bed and two single beds), and a bathroom. The living room includes a sofa bed for two.

The air-conditioned accommodation offers a TV, WiFi internet, a hairdryer, mosquito nets, as well as a fully equipped kitchen with a four-ring stove and a large oven, a large fridge, a kettle, and a toaster. The bathroom has a shower tray without a tub with toiletries provided. A baby cot is available upon request.

From the veranda or balcony, equipped with seating furniture, guests can enjoy views of the garden and the street.

Pets are not allowed. Parking is provided for guests of the accommodation.

Cleaning of the accommodation units during the stay, as well as the change of bed linen and towels, is done every four days.

Dimi Residence is 5.7km away from Nea Flogita, 25.4km from Afitos, and 50.3km from Thessaloniki Airport.

Booking and Cancellation Terms

Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. 100% of total reservation need to be paid 3 days prior arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, 30% of total reservation will be charged. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of no-show, 100% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.
Overnight environmental tax is not included in prices.

Price note

Minimum stay from ¹⁵⁄₆-¹⁵⁄₉ is 5 nights.
The remaining amount should be paid no later than three days prior to arrival to the accommodation.
For each person/child exceeding the basic capacity of the accommodation unit, there is an additional payment in the amount of 20 euros for adults and 10 euros for children (per night).
