Perched on an elevation on the outskirts of Nea Potidea, the Seaside Family Villa offers a splendid retreat for families seeking isolation from the clamor and commotion, and a tranquil vacation filled with serenity.
The nearest non-organized beach is approximately 300m away, while the city beach in Nea Potidea is 1.5km away. Within the same distance, you can find supermarkets, taverns, and other contents that this small town has to offer.
The two-storey house is located within a beautifully landscaped yard. The owners reside on the upper floor, whereas the ground floor, or rather the elevated ground floor (7 steps above ground level), is intended for rental purposes.
The accommodation has two bedrooms. One bedroom has a queen-sized bed and a couch, while the other is equipped with a queen-sized bed and a convertible couch. The house has kitchen and dining area within a living room with a cozy sectional sofa. There are also two bathrooms, both shower with curtains. The kitchen is fully equipped with a stove, microwave, large refrigerator with a freezer compartment, coffee maker, toaster, and juicer.
The accommodation has two air conditioning units, a TV, internet access, mosquito nets, and a hairdryer.
There is a spacious veranda with seating arrangements in front of the house, while a summer gazebo is located in the yard next to the barbecue.
Bed linen and towels are changed every five days, while guests are responsible for maintaining the hygiene of the premises themselves.
The enclosed yard provides enough parking space.

Owners description
This marvellous, family summer villa is very comfortable both outside and inside. The ground floor of the house has 100m2 including a large balcony (30m2) overlooking the garden and the sea. There's a barbeque corner with gazebo and a dining table, a traditional handmade swing in the yard (400m2) and private parking.
Ground floor consists of two spacious bedrooms, a comfortable living room, fully equipped kitchen and two bathrooms.
Amenities include two air conditioners, WiFi internet, espresso and filter coffee machine, mosquito screens on doors and windows, two baby cribs, iron, tumble dryer, washing machine and a TV set.Seaside Family Villa can host up to eight people in two double beds and two sofa beds each with a single drawer bed.
The sea is just 200m away or 3-minute on foot. The house is located 2km from the center of Nea Potidea, while Kallithea is 10 minutes away by car.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 30 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.
*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.Glossary of terms

Vlasnici su jako ljubazni i gostoljubivi. Po samom dolasku su nas odvezli svojim autom u obilazak Nea Potidea i u kupovinu,posto smo bili bez auta. Smjestaj je konforan sa ogromnom terasom.Do najblize plaze ca.400m, od toga nekih 150 je jaka nizbrdica ( od cetvoro djece niko se nije zalio😆)

Dobar dan, takodje nas zanima i ovaj smeštaj za kraj avgusta, pocetak septembra (nije vazan precizan datum, mozemo prilagoditi). 5 odraslih osoba i dve bebe (20 meseci i 3 meseca). Koja bi bila cena i da li ima slobodno? Hvala
