Owners description
Gala Premium Apartment is located in a small resort, Nea Potidea, on the Kassandra peninsula, recommended for families with small children and couples who need a quiet vacation, and 90m from the beach.
The apartment, which is located on the first floor of a three-story residential building that does not have an elevator, has a kitchen with a dining room, a living room, a bathroom, and one bedroom and can accommodate a maximum of five adults. The bedroom has a double bed, while the living room has a sofa for one person and two extra folding beds.
On request, it is possible to add a baby cot, within the price.
Within this air-conditioned apartment, in which the cooling unit is located in the hall, guests have at their disposal free WiFi, a flat-screen TV, a hairdryer, a bathroom with a washing machine, as well as a fully equipped kitchen with a stove with two glass ceramic hotplates and a large oven, large fridge with freezer, microwave oven, dishwasher, kettle, and coffee machine.
You can spend pleasant mornings and evenings, with a view of the yard, on the furnished balcony to which you have access from every room.
Pets are not allowed in this accommodation.
The cleaning of the accommodation units during the stay, as well as the replacement of bed linen and towels, which they receive every sixth day but only for stays longer than ten days, is done by the guests themselves. For stays shorter than ten days, the change of bed linen and towels is not provided. The apartment cleaning service is also available to guests, with an additional charge of 30€ per service.
No parking space is provided for guests of the accommodation, but there is always a free parking space near the apartment.
This accommodation is open throughout the year and does not charge extra for the heating service outside the summer season.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled at any time paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.

Poštovani, potrebna su mi dva studia od 25 Juna, 10 noćenja. Jedan sa 2 odraslih, dete 6god i beba 7 meseci. Drugi studio za 2 odraslih i dete 10god. Koja bi bila cena?
