The bedroom features a double bed, while the living room has a sofa for one person and two fold-out extra beds.

On request and at no extra charge, a crib can be added.

This air-conditioned apartment, with the air conditioner located in the hallway, offers guests free WiFi, a TV, a hairdryer, a bathroom with a washing machine, and a fully equipped kitchen with a stove with two glass-ceramic hobs and a large oven, a large refrigerator with a freezer, a microwave oven, a dishwasher, a kettle, and a coffee machine.

Policies

Overnight environmental tax is not included in prices.
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled at any time paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged. *If a deposit refund is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of the costs depends on the chosen shipping method and bank. The average time for a refund after cancellation is three weeks.
