Poseidon Sea Front House is a residence located right on the shore of the sea in Nea Potidea on the Kassandra peninsula. The maximum capacity is up to 10 guests. The entire house with two separate apartments is available for rent and is an excellent choice for two families or a larger group.

Apartment 1 (Back apartment) features:

A living room with a sofa bed that turns into a French bed and an armchair that serves as a single bed
A bedroom with a French bed and an armchair that serves as a single bed
A fully equipped kitchen
A bathroom

Apartment 2 (Front apartment) features:

A baby cot is available upon request and this service does not incur an additional charge.

Guests enter a clean accommodation, but they are responsible for the hygiene of the accommodation during their stay. Linen and towel replacement, as well as cleaning, are possible for an extra fee, in agreement with the accommodation owner.

Parking is available in the vicinity of the accommodation, as the accommodation does not have a private parking area.

Booking and Cancellation Terms

Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 60 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of no-show, 100% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.
Overnight environmental tax is not included in prices.

Price note

Minimum stay requirement is 6 nights, for bookings less than 6 nights the price is upon request.
Accommodation Climate Crisis Resilience Fee is 8€ per night.
