Regarding the accommodation and location, I won’t repeat what has already been said... Everything is as the previous guests mentioned. (Good service, the hostess is kind), highly recommended! What I would particularly highlight is the real balance between price and quality. The terrace we had was excellent, large, and spacious! The double bed is comfortable for adults, while only children can sleep on the extra bed. From the courtyard, you can exit directly to the beach (which is a bit rocky), there is also a café and a neighboring restaurant, no crowds, it’s nice and peaceful. You can lounge on a sunbed or on your own towel, whichever suits you best. The place is small and quiet, and has everything you need, with plenty of fresh fish available. It’s easy to reach the other side of the marker (Hanioti, Pefkohori) quickly, and the road is decent if you need a bit of action. This year we visited in September and are considering repeating the experience next year. P.S. We reserved the accommodation very easily and quickly through Nikana, all praises for them!

Vila Maria, Nea Skioni, First, we would like to commend our hostess Elena. 😊 An exceptionally kind and accommodating woman. Regarding the accommodation, we stayed in two apartments, as we extended our stay for a few more days. The lodging is clean, towels and bed linens are changed every fifth day. The staff neatly packs the towels and linens and leaves them in front of the accommodation, which was perfectly fine for us. The kitchen contains everything necessary (pots, pans, a coffee pot, plates, cups, glasses, cutlery). There is even a kettle and a sandwich maker. Dish detergent and a sponge are provided. The bathroom is also satisfactory, equipped with toilet paper, soap, shampoo, a hairdryer, a TV, and air conditioning. The studio we initially occupied has terraces on both sides... The apartment on the first floor boasts a large terrace. Perhaps some may find it a drawback that there are no wardrobes, only shelves with hangers, but it did not bother us. The accommodation is suitable for children, with various activities to keep them entertained. There is also a beach bar nearby... You can use their sun loungers with a purchase, but there is also space for your own mats and umbrellas... Whatever suits your preference... The beach is a mix of pebbles and sand... The water entry is gradual... The accommodation has its own parking. As a welcome gesture, we were greeted with white wine. 😊 There is a shop, pharmacy, and doctor not far from the accommodation, and everything is conveniently close. The place is tranquil, and for those who enjoy such an atmosphere, this is the perfect choice. We were thrilled, definitely a place we would return to. 😊 And thank you once again for your hospitality, Elena! ☺️

Overall, we are satisfied with the accommodation and the friendliness of the staff.

As a family, we are extremely satisfied. It is perfect for the children. The villa is fantastic. What we liked the most is that it is located on the beach. Everyone is very kind and helpful. This year, the accommodation is a complete hit.

This accommodation is perfect for families with infants, as it is located right on the beach, where there is a shaded café in the courtyard run by the owners, and just below is their beach. There is minimal free space between two sets of sun loungers at the café and the adjacent restaurant. The beach is not sandy; instead, it has pebbles at the entrance and in the shallow area. There are sandy sections in the deeper sea, as well as on the beach. Bed linens and towels are changed every 5 days, and clean items are left in a bag in front of the accommodation for you to change yourself, just as you are responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of the room during your stay. The appearance of the rooms and the kitchen's equipment are satisfactory, but it is not thoroughly cleaned, and the bathroom is criminally small, without a shower curtain, as stated in the description; it is indeed as described, without exaggeration; while sitting on the toilet, you bump into the sink in front and the shower cabin to your right. All the furniture is old, there are no dressers with drawers, only one wardrobe for storing belongings, and that is all. There is literally no space for even a toiletry bag in the bathroom. The terrace is spacious and has a side view of the sea. We spent the middle of the day in the apartment due to the small children, so it was not just a place to sleep. The owner, Maria, is kind; you receive a homemade iced welcome drink, as well as water and wine in the refrigerator upon arrival. Our daughter even received ice cream on the first day. Upon departure, we were given a package with wine, candies, and lollipops. The place is small and charming, with everything necessary for a vacation where you don’t want to use a car, except perhaps for one evening shopping trip to one of the larger supermarkets about 20 km away.

The town is small but has plenty of shops. They have a lovely fish market (if you enjoy fish), and the owner is Eleni's brother, or so the guests told me. He kindly grills fish. So for those who love it, enjoy the fresh fish.

You could not have given us a better suggestion for accommodation for a family with a one-year-old child. We are absolutely delighted. Everything is even more beautiful than in the pictures. We must commend the video of the villa on your YouTube channel, as it was recent and accurately depicts everything. Watching it, we could hardly wait to arrive. The accommodation had all the comfort we needed. The concept of "everything within reach" was very important to us due to the small child. A good accommodation with a lovely yard, direct access to the beach. The proximity of a store, pharmacy, and restaurants. The hosts are kind and unobtrusive. They pay attention to details. A family-friendly and welcoming atmosphere.

The location is excellent. Close to the center and necessary shops, right on the seashore. The yard is beautifully landscaped, allowing children to play freely. There is an outdoor shower and a grill available. To use the grill, you must bring your own complete equipment (grate, tools for turning meat/fish, charcoal; you must also find a way to light the charcoal as there is no firewood available). Sun loungers are available on the beach, but to use them, you must order a drink. The beach consists of a mix of sand and gravel, and the entrance to the sea is challenging due to the gravel, while the seabed is rocky. Overall, this is an excellent choice for parents with small children. The accommodation price is affordable. The kitchen is particularly well-equipped.

This year, we once again spent our vacation in this villa with the same enthusiasm. Everything was truly wonderful for us there. The apartments are beautiful, clean, and feature excellent terraces. The garden is beautifully arranged, and the beach is right next to it. So, you just step out of the apartment and you are there. We stayed in an apartment from July 16 to July 26, 2022. The apartments are quite modest and old, and the bathroom is the biggest issue. A person of fuller stature would not fit in the bathtub, which lacks a curtain, and water backs up from the drain as soon as water is released from the toilet, sink, or bathtub. There are no mosquito nets, and what bit us every night were not just mosquito bites; we were all scratched from head to toe. The owners are very kind, but they should consider renovating the dilapidated apartments.

We recommend accommodation right on the beach for families with young children.

The accommodation is situated in an excellent location; from the room, you step out onto a lawn that leads directly to the beach. Moreover, the town center and promenade begin just 50 meters from the villa, making everything close and easily accessible. The beach is sandy and pebbly, with a gentle slope, providing ample space for children to play both on the beach and in the sea. Regarding cleanliness, the rooms are maintained by you, while bed linens and towels are changed every 5 days, which is acceptable. The maintenance of the yard, flowers, lawn, and grapevines, as far as I noticed, is a regular activity, ensuring that everything looks very good. The amenities are not phenomenal, but for such accommodation, there are quite enough facilities; in the yard, there is a barbecue, a bar (with a decent selection), as well as ice cream and a trampoline for the children. What I would highlight with a slightly lower rating are the comfort and service. The room was spacious, with a separate area for the kitchen and a large terrace, but the bathroom is too small. In a space of two square meters, there is a shower stall without a curtain, a sink, and a toilet that is accessed by navigating around the sink. Showering, especially bathing the children, is quite uncomfortable. As for the service, there are no problems with tasks that can be completed, such as providing an extended vacuum cleaner cable for the car, etc. However, for issues that lack a concrete solution (like the internet on the upper floor that didn't work for 6 days), after four inquiries about whether it would be fixed, the response received is "we will check today". All in all, this accommodation is excellent for families with children (who were the majority among the guests) and certainly has my recommendation, despite some minor issues.

Our expectations have been met. From the courtyard to the beach, just a few minutes to the events in the village. Helena and her family are wonderful, cheerful, and exceptionally warm-hearted. If you seek peace and complete relaxation, this is the perfect place.

The villa matches the description; the location is excellent, right on the beach. The only complaint is that it is not indicated anywhere that the owners also have a bar on the beach, which includes sun loungers that are charged separately (standard, one drink for the loungers and umbrella). Therefore, even though you are guests of the villa, you have no advantages over anyone else wishing to stay in that part of the beach. Even on weekends, the first rows of loungers are reserved (they are simply not available to you) as they are evidently being kept to attract as many guests as possible to their bar. Naturally, there is no longer any natural shade on the beach that can be seen in some pictures, as the trees have been cut down.

The apartments are exceptionally clean, equipped with everything you need, and are conveniently located near markets and restaurants. The hosts are more than friendly!
