Hotel Description

Maria Villa is located on the beach, not far from the center of Nea Skioni. It offers comfortable and clean apartments for 2-5 people (25-65m2). Tucked into the greenery and surrounded by palm trees and trees, in a fenced and very nicely landscaped yard, it is ideal for families with children. Small pets are also welcome.

The villa is located near the Rachoni bar. The center, as well as the nearest market and bakery, are about 70m away.

Smaller apartments have one double bed in the bedroom and a sofa bed in a room with a kitchenette. Quadruple apartments have one double bed in the bedroom and one sofa and a single bed or two single beds in the kitchen. There is also a quintuple duplex apartment with two separate bedrooms (with one double i.e. two single beds) and a kitchen with a single sofa bed. This apartment is ideal for two pairs with babies.

Apartments are air-conditioned, have a TV and a hairdryer. The kitchen is fully equipped, it has a fridge and mini-stove (the duplex apartment has a large stove). Apartments on the upper floor have a terrace and a shower with no curtain in the bathroom, while the ground-floor apartments have enclosed veranda (one step above the ground level) and a shower with a curtain in the bathroom. There are no mosquito nets, but an electric anti-mosquito appliance. The laundry and drying service is charged at 5€ per service.

In the yard, next to the bar, there is also a separate house. There are two sofas for two people in the living room, while there is one double bed in the bedroom. The kitchen is equipped with a large refrigerator with a freezer, a large stove, a dishwasher, a microwave, a toaster, and a kettle. The house has two air conditioners, one in the living room and one in the bedroom. The TV is in the bedroom. The bathroom has a shower cabin, and the veranda has a side sea view.

From 2021 there are two completely renovated apartments.

The apartments are cleaned and bed linen and towels are changed every four days.

Pets are allowed, with an additional charge of 10€ per day per pet. Pets are not allowed to roam freely and must be kept on a leash at all times.

From 2018, there’s a beach bar in front of the accommodation, where guests can book sunbeds for the entire stay or use them with a purchased drink.

Private parking is located across the street.

If you prefer a family vacation on the beach, Maria Villa can be a perfect choice. The season lasts from the end of May to the middle of October.

Overnight environmental tax is not included in prices.
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled at any time paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged. *If a deposit refund is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of the costs depends on the chosen shipping method and bank. The average time for a refund after cancellation is three weeks.
