Irida 2 Apartments is accommodation in Nea Skioni only 120m from the sea. It offers one duplex apartment that can accommodate up to 6 people, as well as a maisonette with a capacity of up to 8 people. Guests have at their disposal internet, air conditioning, fully equipped kitchen, and the facility is ideal for those who want privacy during their vacation.
Six-bed duplex apartment (2 Bedroom Apartment) is located on the ground floor. It occupies an area of about 90m2. The apartment has two separate bedrooms, bathroom, toilet and living room with kitchen. In one room there is a double bed, and in the other there are two single beds. The remaining two beds are extra beds (size of standard single beds). The kitchen is fully equipped - stove, oven, large refrigerator with freezer compartment, utensils for cooking. The bathroom has a shower.
The eight-bed maisonette (3 Bedroom Apartment, Two-level) has an area of about 125m2 (entrance from the street to the left of the apartment). The first level is on the first floor and there are two bedrooms, bathroom, living room with kitchen. The third bedroom and the second bathroom are on the second floor. In two rooms there are double beds, and in one there are two single beds. Up to the full capacity of the maisonette, two extra beds the dimensions of standard single beds can be added. The kitchen is fully equipped. There are bathtubs in both bathrooms. The maisonette has three terraces, of which the largest is on the second floor and it offers a view of the sea.
Towels and bed linen are changed every three days, and guests maintain the hygiene of the accommodation independently during their stay.
