Alkmini Sokratis Apartments is a facility located in Nea Skioni, near the town center, 300m from the sandy beach.

The nearest market, bakery and restaurants are about 150m away. The nearest beach is about 60m from the accommodation.

The accommodation has 11 apartments that can accommodate up to four people and are located on the ground floor, first and second floors. They have a double bed in the bedroom and a pull-out sofa in the kitchen area. The units on the first and second floors have side sea views. All apartments are air-conditioned, have terraces/verandas and internet access. The kitchens are equipped with the necessary dishes, they have a large refrigerator, a stove with two hotplates, a kettle and a toaster. The bathrooms have walled-in shower tubs with a curtain.

A baby cot is available upon request, an additional charge of €3 applies in the case of two adults with two children and one baby staying in the accommodation unit.

Guests maintain the hygiene of the apartments themselves. An additional set of bed linen and towels is provided to guests after 5 days, and guests change their own bed linen.

The accommodation is located within a fenced and landscaped yard. There is no private parking, guests can park in the streets around the accommodation or in the free parking lot in the port, which is about 100m away.

Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged. *If a deposit refund is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of the costs depends on the chosen shipping method and bank. The average time for a refund after cancellation is three weeks.
