Skioni Garden Apartment is a ground floor house located within a yard full of natural shade in Nea Skioni. It is an ideal choice for all those who want to be close to all the happenings, as well as close to the beach.

The town beach is about 80m away, and the Smile supermarket is just as far away. The nearest bakery is 60m away.

It is a modest, smaller apartment for a maximum of three people. At the entrance there is a bedroom with a double bed and an armchair. To get to the bathroom and the yard, you have to go through the room and the kitchen first. There is a single bed in the room with the kitchen. The kitchen is equipped with the necessary dishes, a small oven with two hotplates and a refrigerator with a freezer compartment. The bathroom has an enclosed shower area without a curtain. There is a table and chairs in front of the accommodation.

The apartment has internet, TV, mosquito nets, air conditioning and hair dryer.

The guests themselves are responsible for maintaining hygiene during their stay, and a clean set of towels and bed linen is provided every 5 days and the guests also change them themselves.

Overnight environmental tax is not included in prices.
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged. *If a deposit refund is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of the costs depends on the chosen shipping method and bank. The average time for a refund after cancellation is three weeks.
