Skioni Garden Apartment is a ground floor house located within a yard full of natural shade in Nea Skioni. It is an ideal choice for all those who want to be close to all the happenings, as well as close to the beach.

The town beach is about 80m away, and the Smile supermarket is just as far away. The nearest bakery is 60m away.

It is a modest, smaller apartment for a maximum of three people. At the entrance there is a bedroom with a double bed and an armchair. To get to the bathroom and the yard, you have to go through the room and the kitchen first. There is a single bed in the room with the kitchen. The kitchen is equipped with the necessary dishes, a small oven with two hotplates and a refrigerator with a freezer compartment. The bathroom has an enclosed shower area without a curtain. There is a table and chairs in front of the accommodation.

The apartment has internet, TV, mosquito nets, air conditioning and hair dryer.

The guests themselves are responsible for maintaining hygiene during their stay, and a clean set of towels and bed linen is provided every 5 days and the guests also change them themselves.

Within the same yard there is accommodatiortn Skioni Resort, the owners are the same. The yard is fenced, paved and has plenty of natural shade.

If proximity to beaches is important to you, then this accommodation is the right choice for you.

In an excellent location, everything is within reach. The beach is just a minute's walk away. The apartment is equipped with all the essentials, and if you have any requests, the friendly owners will make an effort to accommodate them.
