The Elysian Pool Villa is located near the village of Paliouri, in the southeastern part of the Kassandra peninsula, in a peaceful environment known for its beautiful sandy beaches and crystal clear sea. The villa is about 400m away from the beach, allowing guests easy and quick access to the sea, while the nearest restaurants are about 300m away and the center of the village and shops are about 4km away. This villa is an excellent choice for families and larger groups of guests who seek a comfortable and luxurious stay in a private setting, with their own pool, spacious yard, and beautiful sea views. The private pool and well-kept yard add special value to this accommodation, providing guests with complete privacy and relaxation during their holiday.

The villa is spread over three levels: ground floor, first and second floor, and can accommodate a maximum of eight adults and two children. On the ground floor, there are two bedrooms and a bathroom. The first bedroom has a double bed and an additional sofa for one person, while the second bedroom has a double bed. On the first floor, there is a spacious living room with a sofa for two adults, a fully equipped kitchen, and a bathroom. On the second floor, there is a third bedroom with a double bed and an additional sofa for one person, as well as another bathroom. The interior of the villa is modern and functional, with bright tones and pleasant details creating a relaxed and elegant atmosphere. Large windows and terrace access provide plenty of natural light and beautiful views of the yard, pool, and sea. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, offering guests a sense of comfort and privacy during their stay.

Upon request, a baby cot can be provided, included in the stay price and requiring no additional charge. The cot is available with prior notice, making this villa suitable for families with babies and young children.

The villa is very well-equipped to ensure guests have a pleasant and carefree holiday. Guests have access to four air conditioning units, one in each bedroom and in the living room. There is also wireless internet and a TV in the living room. One of the bathrooms features a washing machine, and guests are provided with a hairdryer, as well as basic amenities for everyday living. The kitchen is fully equipped for preparing all kinds of meals. Guests have four ceramic hobs, a large oven, a large fridge with a freezer, a dishwasher, a coffee maker, a kettle, a toaster, as well as suitable cookware and utensils. Thanks to the good equipment, guests can easily prepare breakfast, lunch, or dinner and enjoy their meals on the terrace or in the yard.

The villa has two large balconies, on the first and second floors, equipped with outdoor seating and dining furniture. The floors offer beautiful views of the sea, yard, and pool, contributing to a special holiday atmosphere. Within the property, there is a private pool. Guests can also enjoy the landscaped and fenced yard with a well-maintained lawn. Sun loungers by the pool, seating sets, and an outdoor shower are available. On request, guests can use the private barbecue in the yard, providing an additional opportunity for meal preparation and outdoor socializing.

Small pets are allowed, but only with prior confirmation at the time of booking and an additional cleaning fee. Upon arrival, guests staying with pets are required to leave a security deposit, which the owner retains in case of any damage, fully refunding it if no damage has been done.

During their stay, guests are responsible for the cleanliness of the accommodation. Linen and towel changes are not included in the stay price, but additional sets can be provided for a fee. Additional cleaning can also be arranged upon request, in line with guest preferences.

Guests have two private parking spaces within the property, with additional free public parking located about 150m from the villa, offering a convenient solution for guests arriving by car.

Near the villa are some of the most beautiful beaches in Kassandra. Xenia Beach is about 2km away, known for its turquoise sea and well-kept beach bars. Chrousso Beach, one of the most famous beaches in this part of Halkidiki, is about 3km away, boasting fine sand and a long shallow area. Nearby is Glarokavos Beach, about 6km away, known for its lagoon and natural surroundings. The village of Pefkohori is about 7km away, offering a wide selection of restaurants, taverns, shops, and evening entertainment. Thessaloniki International Airport is about 120km away, allowing relatively easy access to the accommodation. Thanks to its location, the Elysian Pool Villa is an excellent base for exploring the southern part of Kassandra and enjoying some of the most beautiful beaches in Halkidiki.

Policies

Overnight environmental tax is not included in prices.
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 60 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of no-show, 100% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged. *If a deposit refund is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of the costs depends on the chosen shipping method and bank. The average time for a refund after cancellation is three weeks.
