Do you feel like home a few steps from the sandy beach? Themis and his family welcome you. With our best efforts, we aspire and hope that you'll have a nice and relaxing vacation.
Sunny, airy and functional, this second-floor corner apartment was renovated in 2018 and refurbished in 2019. It has three bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen with dining area, two bathrooms and a long corner balcony. All rooms have a seaside view. It's ideal for one family, two small families or three couples.
Amenities include quality IKEA sofa beds (for a maximum of eight people), three air-conditioners, 43'' HD smart TV, 32'' and 24'' HD TV, round switches in every room, an extra sofa bed in the balcony, free WiFi internet, electric anti-mosquito devices, radio/mp3/DVD player, portable Bluetooth speaker, huge music collection, toys for children and much more. Also, you will find a house guide and additional info about taverns etc. An electric barbecue is available on request.
One private parking spot and communal shower are available within the house (at pilotis), as well as the parking area along the road and a public shower at the beach in front of the house. The apartment is convenient for families with children and babies. There are some toys and books for small children and babies, playpen, baby chair etc.
Generally, Dionisiou is a quiet place, best for families. The apartment is located only a few steps from a sandy beach, close to the village square, beach bars and taverns, supermarket, bakery and an open green market for fruits and vegetables (every night). Lidl is a 3-5 minute by car away. For nightlife, you can go to Nea Flogita (5-minute drive) or Kalithea, one of the centres of nightlife in Halkidiki (20-minute drive).
Apart from summer activities and events in Paralia Dionisioυ, it's worth mentioning the easy access to Nea Moudania health centre and other public services and summer events, a walk for a drink to the famous Ikos Oceania Resort and a trip around Mount Athos with 20 monasteries. Of course, the rest of Halkidiki is close for daily trips to discover other beaches and sights. In summation, this is an ideal destination for a short or long relaxing holiday.

Discount
For reservations for period from 01.04.2024 to 31.10.2024, for stays of 7 nights and more, discount of 10 % of total reservation is allowed.
Overnight stay tax is not included in prices.
Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.Glossary of terms
