Hotel Description

Are you in the mood for a vacation like home, just steps away from the sandy beach? Temis and his family await you. We hope you will have a pleasant and relaxing vacation.

Sunny, airy, and functional, this corner apartment on the second floor was renovated in 2018 and refurbished in 2019. It features three bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen with a dining area, two bathrooms, and a long corner balcony. All rooms offer a sea view. It is ideal for a single family, two small families, or three couples.

Amenities include quality IKEA sofa beds (for up to eight people), three air conditioners, a smart 43-inch HD TV, 32-inch and 24-inch HD TVs, round switches in every room, an additional sofa bed on the balcony, free WiFi, mosquito repellent devices, radio/mp3/DVD player, portable Bluetooth speaker, a huge music collection, toys for children, and much more. You will also find a house manual and additional information on local taverns, etc. An electric grill can be provided upon request.

The house offers one private parking space and a shared shower, with additional parking available on the street and a public shower on the beach in front of the house. The apartment is suitable for families with children and babies, providing toys and books for young children and babies, safety gates, baby chairs, etc.

In general, Dionisiu is a peaceful place, perfect for families. The apartment is just steps away from the sandy beach, close to the village square, beach bars and taverns, supermarkets, bakeries, and the green market. Lidl is a 3-5 minute drive away. If you’re looking for nightlife, you can visit Nea Flogita (a five-minute drive) or Kallithea, one of the nightlife hubs in Halkidiki (a 20-minute drive).

During their stay, guests are responsible for maintaining cleanliness in the accommodation. Linen and towel replacement are not provided.

In addition to summer activities and events in Paralia Dionisiu, it is worth mentioning the easy access to the health center in Nea Moudania and other public services and summer events, a leisurely walk to the famous Ikos Oceania resort, and a tour around Mount Athos with its 20 monasteries. Of course, the rest of Halkidiki is close by for day trips to discover beaches and landmarks. In short, this is an ideal destination for a short or long vacation.

Booking and Cancellation Terms

Overnight environmental tax is not included in prices.
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged. *If a deposit refund is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of the costs depends on the chosen shipping method and bank. The average time for a refund after cancellation is three weeks.

The minimum stay is three nights.
For reservations for the period from April 1, 2025. until 31.10.2025. for stays of 30 nights or more, a discount of 20% is granted on the total price of the reservation, and for reservations of 7 nights or more, a 10% discount is granted.
The environmental tax is 8 euros per night.
