The apartment is situated on the first floor of the building and is designed to provide a quiet and comfortable stay for up to four adults. The layout includes a living room connected to a kitchenette, a separate bedroom, and a bathroom. The bedroom is equipped with two single beds, while the living room features a sofa bed for two people. This organization makes the apartment a practical and pleasant option for families or smaller groups of guests.

The interior is functional and modern, ensuring maximum comfort with air conditioning that maintains a pleasant temperature throughout the day. For relaxation and entertainment, guests have access to a smart TV with IPTV channels and reliable WiFi, while the kitchen offers everything necessary for easy meal preparation, including a ceramic hob with two zones, a portable induction cooker, and a refrigerator with a freezer compartment. Overnight environmental tax is not included in prices.
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged. *If a deposit refund is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of the costs depends on the chosen shipping method and bank. The average time for a refund after cancellation is three weeks.
