Description
**Nadja Apartment is a relatively new accommodation (2008) for 2-4 persons, tucked in a quiet part of Pefkohori, close to all amenities. It's located in a private complex of houses, in a small arranged yard, surrounded by greenery. Guests are welcome throughout the year. The sandy beach and the city center are about 200m away, while the supermarket, bakery and fish market are at 30-50m. **
The maisonette (52m2) has a kitchen with a living room on the ground floor, as well as a bathroom and a bedroom on the first floor. The kitchen is fully equipped, with a stove, large fridge with freezer, washing machine, microwave and electric kettle. In the living room, there are a TV and two sofa beds (one is foldable and it's suitable for two children. In the front, there's a porch with a table and chairs, where guests can eat. The bedroom has two single beds, folding armchair (80x190cm), large cabinet and a TV. The bathroom has a shower with a curtain. If necessary, guests can also have an additional mattress.
The porch and the terrace have an awning. Also, the maisonette has two A/C units, one on the ground floor and the second on the first floor. Internet, mosquito nets and hairdryers are provided as well. In the yard, you can use the hose.
The guests themselves take care of the hygiene of the apartment. There are no towels in the apartment.
Pets are not allowed.
You can park 30m from the accommodation.
After entering Pefkohori from the direction of Hanioti, make a right after the hypermarket Masoutis, and then look out for the gate with the inscription συγκρότημα ΤΡΙΑΙΝΑ on the left. The maisonette is located at the end of the courtyard on the left, in the corner.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.
*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.Glossary of terms
