This accommodation is situated on the ground floor and can accommodate up to four people. It includes a living room with a kitchen, a bedroom, and a bathroom. The bedroom offers a double bed for guests, while the living room features a sofa for two.
Upon request, a baby cot is available at no extra cost.
In the air-conditioned apartment, with the air conditioning unit located only in the living room, guests have access to WiFi internet, a hairdryer, a washing machine, a fully equipped kitchen with a stove with three burners, a small oven, a large refrigerator with a freezer, a coffee maker, and a toaster.

If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.

- Upon arrival at the accommodation, it is mandatory to pay a fee of 8€ per day of stay.
