Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 60 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of no-show, 100% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.
*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.Glossary of terms

Description
The Palm Penthouse apartment is located near the center of Pefkohori, within a complex of buildings with a shared courtyard. It can host up to eight people.
The accommodation is about 300m from the sea. It is at a similar distance from the town center, restaurants, shops and bakeries.
The apartment is located on the second floor of the building. It is suitable for a maximum of eight people (six adults and two children).
It has two bedrooms, living room and kitchen with dining room and bathroom. In one bedroom there is a double bed, in the other there are two single beds joined together, and in the living room there is a sofa for two people, which can be extended, and an extra bed.
The accommodation is air-conditioned, has Wi-Fi internet, a flat-screen TV, a washing machine and an equipped kitchen with a stove with four rings and a large oven, a coffee maker and a large fridge with a freezer. An iron and an ironing board are available upon request. There is a bathtub in the bathroom.
The apartment has a large corner terrace, which extends along two sides of the building. The terrace is nicely furnished and has a brick barbecue, which guests can use.
The yard of the complex is fenced and landscaped.
A baby cot is available to guests upon prior request and this service is free of charge.
Pets are allowed in this accommodation, with prior agreement and additional payment.
Guests are responsible for maintaining hygiene in the accommodation during their stay. Additional cleaning and change of towels and bed linen are possible for an additional fee.
Parking is possible along the street or near the accommodation, in one of the parking lots. A guaranteed parking space is not provided.
The Palm Penthouse apartment is a good choice for families or groups. The apartment is neat and nicely furnished.
