Demare Villa is located at the entrance to Pefkohori if you are coming from the direction of Hanioti, within a complex of villas that are in a peaceful location. It is situated right on the beach and can accommodate up to ten people. The courtyard of this villa is a heavenly corner that will provide every guest with a perfect vacation.

The market is about 500m away from the villa, and at a similar distance are shops, restaurants, bakeries, and the town center. The nearest restaurant is 100m from the house.

The villa has three levels. On the ground floor (viewed from one side of the courtyard, this is a level that is partially in the basement, as the courtyard is cascading) there is a living room with a kitchen and dining area, a bedroom with a double bed, and a bathroom. In front, there is a veranda with a built-in barbecue. Upstairs, there are three bedrooms, two with double beds and one with two single beds, three bathrooms, as well as a laundry room with a washing machine, a fully equipped kitchen, and a living room with a bar. In the attic gallery, there is a billiard table and a relaxation area, as well as another bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom. The villa has two kitchens, both fully equipped with a four-burner stove, large ovens, microwave, large refrigerators, dishwasher, kettle, and coffee maker.

The villa is air-conditioned, it has seven air conditioners, one in each room. Free Wi-Fi, flat-screen TV, bar, iron and hairdryer (on request) are available to guests. There are a total of 5 bathrooms in which there is a shower with a curtain or a shower cabin. Terraces and verandas are equipped with seating and deckchairs.

You can spend most of your time on the front veranda, enjoying the sun loungers and the sea view. Since there are several of them, you can always choose one that is in the shade.

A baby cot can be obtained on request and this service is not charged separately.

A barbecue is also available to guests.

Guests are responsible for cleaning the accommodation units during their stay. Towel and linen change is available at an extra cost.

Parking is provided within the courtyard for guests of the accommodation.

Booking and Cancellation Terms

Overnight environmental tax is not included in prices.
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 60 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of no-show, 100% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged. *If a deposit refund is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of the costs depends on the chosen shipping method and bank. The average time for a refund after cancellation is three weeks.

Price note

Minimum stay requirement is 7 nights.
Accommodation Climate Crisis Resilience Fee is 15€ per night.
A damage deposit of 2000€, which the owner keeps in case of compensation for possible damage, is required and should be paid in cash on check-in. It will be returned upon check-out, after the inspection of the general condition of the house.
