Mila Apartment offers perfect conditions for a relaxing and fulfilling summer holiday, with all the charms that Pefkohori has to offer.

The apartment is designed to accommodate two adults and two children, providing a comfortable and functional space for a pleasant family vacation. It consists of a living room with a kitchen, located immediately at the entrance, as well as a bedroom and a bathroom. The bedroom features a double bed, while the living room is furnished with a sofa for two persons, suitable for two children to sleep on.

A baby cot is included in the price and can be provided upon request, with prior notice at the time of booking.

Guests have access to one air-conditioning unit located in the bedroom, where a flat-screen TV is also placed, while free WiFi internet is available throughout the apartment. The kitchen is equipped for preparing daily meals and includes a small oven, two standard hotplates, a refrigerator with freezer compartment, kettle, toaster, coffee machine, and microwave oven. In addition, guests are provided with a hairdryer, iron, and ironing board.

The apartment has two balconies, one accessible from the bedroom and the other from the living room. Both are furnished with seating sets and offer a pleasant space for relaxation during the day. Whether you begin your day with a morning coffee or seek the perfect place to escape the sun and enjoy the shade, these balconies provide an ideal corner for rest and enjoyment outdoors.

Cleaning service, as well as linen and towel changes, are not provided. During the stay, guests are responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of the apartment themselves.

Private parking is not available for guests of the apartment, but parking is possible nearby along the street.

Pefkohori is one of the most picturesque resorts on Kassandra, known for its long sandy beach, crystal-clear sea, and rich day and nightlife offerings. The seaside promenade is lined with numerous restaurants, cafés, and shops, so everyone can find something to suit their taste – from relaxing evenings by the sea to a livelier atmosphere in the town center. In the immediate vicinity is the beautiful Xenia Beach, located 7 km away, famous for its light sand, turquoise water, and exotic ambiance reminiscent of distant tropical islands. Just 5 km away is Hanioti, another popular resort with a wide range of amenities, while Afitos, located 22 km away, is an authentic Greek village known for its stone houses, narrow streets, and unforgettable sunsets. The nearest airport is in Thessaloniki, 96 km away, making Pefkohori easily accessible and an ideal choice for a summer holiday.

Booking and Cancellation Terms

Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
Overnight environmental tax is not included in prices.
