Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
**If the deposit refund is possible, the guest will cover the sending costs. The amount of the costs depends on the chosen sending method and the bank. The average refund time after cancellation is three weeks.Description
Poly Apartments are located in Polichrono.
Apartment Poly S1 is an accommodation for 4-5 people maximum, located 150m from the beach and 50m from the city center. It has a living room with a kitchen, in which there are bunk beds. In the bedroom there is a double bed measuring 160x200 and an extra bed. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishes, as well as a washing machine. The apartment has a total TV, air conditioning, Wi-Fi internet. In front there is a spacious terrace for relaxing and dining. It also has its own parking space.
Apartment Poly V2 is right next to Apartment Poly S1. It has a living room with a kitchen and a dining table. In the living room there is a bunk bed measuring 90x200, as well as a bed, i.e. a sofa bed measuring 140x200. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishes, a refrigerator, a freezer, a toaster, an iron and a hairdryer. The bedroom has a double bed measuring 160x200. In front, there is a terrace for rest, as well as a parking space. Total TV, air conditioning, and internet are included in the price.
