Near the beach and other amenities in Polychrono, nestled in a small and enclosed courtyard, you will find Sueno Beach Apartments.

There are two double studios (25m2) available, one on the ground floor and one on the first floor, both equipped with a double bed. Additionally, there are two triple studios (30m2), also one on the ground floor and one on the first floor, each with a double and a single bed. Four quadruple studios (35m2), two on the ground floor and two on the first floor, featuring a double bed and bunk beds, as well as two quadruple duplex apartments (40m2), one on the ground floor and one on the first floor, with a double bed in one bedroom and two single beds in the other. The owner can provide a crib for children if needed.

All accommodation units are air-conditioned, equipped with internet, TV, and mosquito nets. Guests can store their money in a safe at the owner’s other property, Summer Beach Hotel, where breakfast is served for Sueno Apartments guests. The bathrooms are equipped with a designated area with a curtain, a hairdryer is provided, and guests can use a washing machine for a fee of 5 euros. The kitchens feature a stove with two burners, a small oven, and a mini-fridge.

Towel and linen change, as well as cleaning of the accommodation units, are done every three days. Pets are allowed with prior consultation with the owner.

In the courtyard, guests have access to a shared barbecue, and private parking is located about 100m away from the accommodation.

Booking and Cancellation Terms

Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.

Price note

In the period from ³⁰⁄₆ to ³¹⁄₈ minimum stay is six nights.
