Elena Seafront House is located on the edge of Polichrono, almost on the beach itself. It is an ideal place for those who want accommodation in a quiet environment and near an organized city beach.
The facility is located about 50m from a cafe and about 200m from shops, restaurants and bakeries.
The apartment is located on the ground floor of the building which is the second from the beach and is suitable for six people (five adults and a child).
There are two separate bedrooms, one with a double bed, the other with two single beds and a trundle bed, and a sofa in the kitchen area. The kitchen is equipped, has a large stove with four rings and an oven, a large refrigerator with a freezer, a dishwasher and a washing machine. Iron and ironing board available on request.
The bathroom has a bathtub with a curtain.
The accommodation is air-conditioned, has a TV and WiFi internet.
A baby cot is available to guests upon prior request and this service is free of charge.
The apartment has a large veranda that is equipped with seating sets and opens onto a path that leads directly to the beach.
Small pets are allowed in this accommodation, with prior agreement and additional payment.
The cleaning of the accommodation during the stay is done by the guests themselves, while the change of bed linen and towels is not provided. In this accommodation, an additional fee is required for cleaning the accommodation after guests leave.
Accommodation guests can park near the facility. There is no guaranteed parking space. Parking is also possible in the surrounding streets or in one of the public parking lots nearby.

- Overnight environmental tax is not included in prices.
- Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 60 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of no-show, 100% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged. *If a deposit refund is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of the costs depends on the chosen shipping method and bank. The average time for a refund after cancellation is three weeks.
Minimum stay requirement is six nights.
Accommodation Climate Crisis Resilience Fee is 8€ per night.
