Owner description
Beach Front Villa boasts a direct access to the beach, situated in the vicinity of the town of Polihrono, on the eastern coast of the Kassandra peninsula, a tranquil resort known for its greatest advantage - a mile-long sandy beach with crystal clear waters, as well as its proximity to beautiful beaches and popular spots.
This accommodation develops into two completely independent levels, each with its own enterance. The first level (slightly elevated from the courtyard) includes a living room with folding sofa bed for two, bedroom with one double bed, a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom. The second level (on the first floor) consists of two bedrooms, a bathroom, and another equipped kitchen. One of the bedrooms on the second level features a double bed and also two single mattresses on the galery, while in the other bedroom there are two single beds.
In this villa there is A/C in every bedroom, guests have access to free WiFi, a flat-screen TV, a hairdryer, two washing machines, and two fully equipped kitchens with a four-burner stove, a large oven, a refrigerator, a kettle, a coffee maker, and a toaster.
Enjoy pleasant mornings and evenings with a view of the sea and the garden on the veranda or balcony equipped with seating.
In the beautifully landscaped garden, guests can enjoy preparing barbecues with family and friends.
Included in the price are a parasol, sun loungers, and beach chairs for guests to use.
Pets are allowed in this accommodation upon request.
Guests are responsible for maintaining hygiene in the apartment during their stay, as well as changing bed linen and towels (provided). There is a mandatory cleaning fee for all reservations.
Private parking for two cars is available for guests of the accommodation.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 30 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
