Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 60 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of no-show, 100% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.
*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.Description
Evi House can host up to 6 guests and is located in a quiet part of Polichrono and near the beach.
This spacious suite features a lounge with a sofa bed, a master bedroom with a double bed and an additional bedroom with bunk beds, making it ideal for families or smaller groups.
Guests have at their disposal a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom with all the necessary facilities.
The apartment has air conditioning, free internet, TV, washing machine, iron and ironing board (on request).
A furnished and spacious veranda is located at the entrance to the apartment.
Parking is possible near the accommodation and in the surrounding streets, but the accommodation does not offer guests a guaranteed parking space.
If you come to the accommodation with a pet, prior agreement and additional payment are required.
The sandy beach of Polichrono is only 100 meters from the accommodation and offers a large selection of taverns and beach bars. Some of these places offer free umbrellas with a drink. The center of the village, supermarket and restaurants are in the immediate vicinity, which contributes to a comfortable and relaxing stay.
