The apartment is situated on the first floor and can accommodate up to four adults. It consists of a living room with a kitchen, a bedroom, and a bathroom. The bedroom has two single beds, while the living room includes a sofa for two.

Upon request and included in the price, a baby cot and a high chair are available.

The air-conditioned apartment features a TV, Wifi internet, a hairdryer, a washing machine, an iron and ironing board, and a fully equipped kitchen with a stove with three burners and a small oven, a large fridge with a freezer, a toaster, and a coffee maker.

From the balcony, furnished with seating, a side view of the sea and the street can be enjoyed.

Pets are allowed in this accommodation.

Guests enter a clean accommodation and are responsible for maintaining hygiene during their stay. An additional set of towels and linens is provided, and guests are responsible for their change. There is a mandatory cleaning service after guests’ departure, which is charged separately.

Parking is not provided for guests of the accommodation, but nearby along the street, free parking spots can be found.

Booking and Cancellation Terms

Deposit of 20% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 30 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
Overnight environmental tax is not included in prices.
