Hotel Description
Halkidiki Elegant and Classy Maisonette 2 is located just outside Possidi, in a quiet location with a beautiful view of the turquoise blue sea. This two storey house has everything you need for a pleasant stay and accommodates up to seven people, so it’s ideal for a large family or group of friends. Guests can also use a courtyard with lawn and sitting area.
The center of Possidi is 1,5km away, while the closest shop, bakery and a restaurant are at about 1km. The sea is at 300m, but the beach in that part is not organized. The closest organized beach is by the Possidi Holidays Hotel, about 600-700m from the accommodation.
On the ground floor, there’s a lounge with a sitting set, two couches for one i.e. two persons, TV and a coffee table. The toilet is the left from the lounge and to the right, there’s a kitchen (not separated by the door) with a dining table and chairs, stove, large refrigerator with freezer, dishwasher, electric kettle, coffee machine and all necessary utensils. Up the staircase, there are two bedrooms with one double bed each and exit to the terrace overlooking the sea and a bathroom with a tub and curtain and a washing machine.
The accommodation has no air conditioning or internet.
The tennis and basketball court is about 100m away.
Private parking is not available, but there’s plenty of space in front of the house.
If you’re looking for good accommodation in a quiet location, with a sea view, Halkidiki Elegant and Classy Maisonette 2 can be a great choice.

- Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 60 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of no-show, 100% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.
