Our description
Angie Villa is located in Sani, about 500m from the camp. It has three bedrooms and two bathrooms and can accommodate up to ten people. Apart from spaciousness, the main advantage of the accommodation is the location - quiet, surrounded by greenery, a place for a real vacation. The house has a fenced, landscaped yard with shade, as well as two private parking spaces.
The nearest market and restaurant are also about 500m from the accommodation, and the sandy beach at 400m.
Guests have at their disposal two levels of the house, which is a total of about 140m2. On the lower level (first floor) there are two bedrooms with one double bed, a living room connected to the kitchen and one bathroom, while on the upper level there is another bedroom with a double bed, an open gallery with two single beds and another bathroom. The kitchen has a large stove with oven, large refrigerator with freezer, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, coffee maker, as well as all necessary utensils. The bathroom has a shower cabin on the lower level, and a shower with a curtain on the upper level.
The house is air conditioned (one air conditioner), has internet, TV, washing machine, hair dryer, mosquito nets, baby cot and several balconies.
Guests take care of hygiene during their stay, as well as change of towels and bed linen.
If you need comfortable accommodation for several people and your priority is not the proximity of the beach, but peace, Angie Villa may be the right choice for you.

Owners description
A Class Villa Angie welcomes you in the first peninsula of Chalkidiki, Kassandra, at Sani area right at the center of the best-equipped tourist resort of Greece. In the traditional settlement Stauronikita, Villa Angie is available to let for eight months a year. Villa Angie is a luxurious villa with brilliant architecture, in an ideal location in the middle of a lush natural pine forest. Its size is 250sqm.
Villa Angie is fully equipped and has a TV and A/Cand it consists of three levels. The first and second floor are connected with stairs and can accommodate 8-10 people. The first floor consists of two bedrooms, a kitchen with a living room, WC with a shower and has two entrances. The second floor consists of one bedroom, a WC with shower and a room with two single beds. According to the needs of our guests, one of the beds can be replaced with a baby cot. On the ground floor, there is a utility room. There is a washing machine for use by our guest, as well as a studio (with separate entrance) suitable for 2-4 people usually used by the owners of the villa. Free wireless internet (WiFi) is also available.
Villa is surrounded by a well-kept garden with a barbecue in the privacy of two acres for exclusive use. The beaches are accessible by foot, by shuttle bus or by using mountain bikes. The local beaches are within 200-500m.
Surrounding the settlement, there is the Sani Beach Holiday Resort which includes Porto Sani Village, Sani Beach Club and Sani Marine where is a lot of restaurants, brasserie, ouzerie, Italian restaurants, theatres, cinemas, shops, supermarkets etc.
Also, it's very hard to resist to many sports that exist. The Sani offers more than 15 different bars, disco, theatre and cinema. Furthermore, it's difficult to resist to many different sports available, such as aerobics, cycling, diving, tennis, catamaran, windsurfing, water-skiing, parasailing, hiking and also to the gym and the water sports centre.
There are also a lot of different types of stores in Sani, such as shops with accessories, furs, clothes, sports and art shops.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 30 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.Glossary of terms
