Description
In the lush pine forest, behind the golden sands and the blue-green crystal waters of the Aegean Sea, in the area of Sani, you will find the accommodation Sani Terracotta House which will provide you with a unique experience of vacation in nature and an escape from everyday stress and the hectic way of life.
The accommodation is located in Kassandra, about 650m from Sani Beach, which is considered the most beautiful in this part of Greece, and is mostly privatized with only certain parts open to visitors. There is a Lidl store in Nea Fokea, about 14.5km away.
This house, with a maximum capacity for six people, spreads over two levels and has an area of about 100m². On the first level, on the ground floor, there is a living room, a fully equipped kitchen with a dining area, and a bathroom. On the first floor, there are three bedrooms, one with a double bed and two with two single beds each, as well as a bathroom. A baby cot is available free of charge upon request.
All bedrooms are air-conditioned. Amenities include Wi-Fi internet, flat-screen TV, hairdryer, mosquito nets, a kitchen equipped with a large fridge-freezer, a stove with a large oven and four ceramic hobs, a dishwasher, toaster, kettle, and coffee maker. Both bathrooms have a shower cabin. Pets are not allowed in this accommodation.
During their stay, guests are responsible for hygiene and changing towels and bed linen, with an additional set provided. Cleaning service is available at an additional cost.
In the enclosed yard, with landscaped lawns, lots of greenery, and natural shade, guests are guaranteed privacy and complete relaxation of mind and body. There is an outdoor dining area with a barbecue. A shared swimming pool is available within this villa complex.
Two parking spaces are provided in front of the accommodation for guests.
Coming from the direction of Thessaloniki, after passing Nea Potidea, you will see a sign to turn right towards Sani Beach, then make a full semicircle and turn left. Then drive straight to the entrance of the Sani resort, turn left there and continue straight to the fork where you will turn right. Continue driving along Apollona Street until the first asphalt road on the right side, 600m later, then turn there. After less than 200m, turn left, then after 150m turn right and you will enter the street where Sani Terracotta House is located at the end.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 42 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of no-show, 30% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.
