Our description
Lemon Garden Villa is located in a quiet place, in the wide center of Pefkohori. It has 20 studios for 2-4 people and amenities include private parking and a yard with a small swimming pool, barbecue and large table. The villa is located far from noise, crowds and traffic, but only a few minutes walk from all amenities. The service is on bed and breakfast basis. Accommodation is pet friendly.
The beach is about 300m away.
The accommodation was completely renovated in 2012.
On the ground floor, there are double studios with veranda and they are economic because of the lower price. On the first floor, there are double and triple studios with one double and a single bed or one single bed and a double bed narrower than standard and a spacious terrace.
The studios are air-conditioned, have a TV, safe box, mosquito nets, hairdryer and a shower with a curtain in the bathroom. The internet is available in the courtyard and on some terraces, and the use of the washing machine is free of charge.
Cleaning is done every day, while bed linen and towels are replaced after three days.

Within easy reach of the beach, Lemon Garden Villa is in Kassandra (Halkidiki), close to Pefkohori pier and Pefkohori lagoon. The 20 air-conditioned rooms at Lemon Garden Villa are open to furnished balconies with a view of the mountains and garden. Guestrooms include a kitchenette with refrigerator and cookware, dishes and utensils, bathroom with shower and hairdryer, TV with satellite channels. Complimentary wireless internet access is available in public areas. Housekeeping is offered daily and replacement of bed linen twice a week. Additional amenities include a spa tub, terrace, barbecue grill and complimentary parking.

Overnight stay tax is not included in prices.
Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 8 or more days prior to arrival, 20% of total reservation will be charged. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.Glossary of terms

Proveli smo 14 nezaboravnih dana u Lemon Gardenu, Pefkohori, i već razmišljamo da dođemo i sledeće godine. Apartman je super čist, osoblje ljubazno, posebno pozdravljam Eleni, koja je divna, pristupačna i želi da pomogne u svemu.
