Hotel Description

Lemon Garden Villa is located in a quiet place, in the wide center of Pefkohori. It has 20 studios for 2-4 people and amenities include private parking and a yard with a small swimming pool, barbecue and large table. The villa is located far from noise, crowds and traffic, but only a few minutes walk from all amenities. The service is on bed and breakfast basis. An extra charge is possible for half board, but dinner is at the Anna Maria Paradise Hotel.. Accommodation is pet friendly.

The beach is about 600m away.

The accommodation was completely renovated in 2012.

On the ground floor, there are double studios with veranda and they are economic because of the lower price. On the first floor, there are double and triple studios with one double and a single bed or one single bed and a double bed narrower than standard and a spacious terrace.

The studios are air-conditioned, have a TV, safe box, mosquito nets, hairdryer and a shower with a curtain in the bathroom. The internet is available in the courtyard and on some terraces, and the use of the washing machine is free of charge.

Cleaning is done every day, while bed linen and towels are replaced after three days.

If you’re looking for the accommodation with private parking, in a very quiet place, close to all the facilities and events in Pefkohori, Lemon Garden Villa can be an excellent choice for you.

Everything was outstanding! The villa is conveniently located near the center, with parking provided right in front of the hotel, and the hostess was exceptionally kind.

Policies

Overnight environmental tax is not included in prices.
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 8 or more days prior to arrival, 20% of total reservation will be charged. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged. *If a deposit refund is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of the costs depends on the chosen shipping method and bank. The average time for a refund after cancellation is three weeks.
