Owners description
Siviri Suites is located in the small village of Siviri, which is irresistibly reminiscent of Mediterranean resorts, on the west of the Kassandra peninsula in Halkidiki, and at a distance of 200m from the beach.
As part of this accommodation, there are two studios which can accommodate a maximum of two adults and two children. Both studios have one double bed and one sofa for two people.
On request, within the price, it is possible to add a baby cot.
The hosts of this accommodation have made an effort that you bring the best memories, taking care of every detail in this, above all, comfortable and functional accommodation.
The air-conditioned accommodation units offer their guests free Wi-Fi, a flat-screen TV, a bathroom with a washing machine, and a kitchen equipped with a stove with two glass ceramic hotplates, a fridge with a freezer chamber, a coffee machine, a kettle, and a toaster.
You can spend pleasant mornings and evenings with a view of the yard on the commonly furnished veranda or in the yard preparing a barbecue with family and friends.
Pets are not allowed in this accommodation.
The cleaning of the apartment during the stay, as well as the replacement of bed linen and towels, which are at their disposal, is done by the guests themselves. There is a possibility of service cleaning and replacement of bed linen and towels with an additional charge of 70€ per service.
No parking space is provided for guests of the accommodation, but there are always free parking spaces near the accommodation.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.Glossary of terms
