Alex Apartment is located in Siviri, just about 140 meters from the beach, and represents an excellent choice for guests seeking a comfortable and relaxing stay close to the sea. This accommodation offers a pleasant and functionally arranged space, suitable for both couples and families. The interior is simple and well organized, with all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay, while the proximity to the beach allows easy and quick access to the sea throughout the day. Siviri is situated on the western coast of the Kassandra peninsula, the first “leg” of Halkidiki, and is known for its peaceful atmosphere, long sandy beach, and crystal-clear waters. The resort is nicely arranged and features a pleasant seaside promenade, numerous taverns, cafés, and shops, while its good connection to other resorts on Kassandra allows guests to easily explore nearby beaches and attractions.

The two-bedroom apartment is located on the second floor and is suitable for up to six adults and one child. It consists of a living room with a kitchen, two bedrooms, and a bathroom. Each bedroom has a double bed, while the living room includes a sofa for two persons and a sofa for one person.

A baby cot is available upon request and is included in the price.

In this air-conditioned accommodation, guests have access to free WiFi, TV, a hairdryer, a washing machine, as well as a fully equipped kitchen with four cooking hobs, a large oven, a large refrigerator with freezer, a kettle, a coffee machine, and a toaster.

Booking and Cancellation Terms

Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 60 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of no-show, 100% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.
Overnight environmental tax is not included in prices.

Price note

Minimum stay requirement is six nights.
Upon arrival at the accommodation, guests staying with pets are required to leave a security deposit of 200€. The deposit will be retained by the owner as security in case of any damage, and will be refunded in full if no damage has been caused.
Environmental tax is not included in the price and is 8€ per night.
