Giota House is located in the seaside town of Siviri, on the western part of the Kassandra peninsula, in Halkidiki. It is located in the central part of the village, 150 meters from the beach, and offers a pleasant stay and relaxation. It is an ideal choice for family holidays and hanging out with friends.

This apartment is located on the ground floor and can accommodate a maximum of six adults. It has a living room with a kitchen, two bedrooms, a bathroom and a toilet. In one bedroom there is a double bed, in the second bedroom there are two single beds, while in the living room there is a sofa for two people.

In this air-conditioned accommodation, guests have at their disposal a TV, hairdryer, washing machine, as well as a kitchen equipped with a four-burner stove and a large oven, a microwave oven, a large fridge-freezer, a coffee machine and a toaster.

It has a private fenced veranda equipped with a table and chairs for sitting, as well as a spacious yard with furniture, ideal for enjoying the fresh air in the company of loved ones.

Pets are not allowed in this accommodation.

During their stay, guests are responsible for the hygiene and cleaning of the apartment. For stays longer than seven nights, a spare set of bed linen and towels is provided, which guests can replace themselves if necessary. A cleaning service is also available to guests, for an additional fee.

One parking space is provided for accommodation guests, in front of the building.

Booking and Cancellation Terms

Overnight environmental tax is not included in prices.
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of no-show, 30% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged. *If a deposit refund is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of the costs depends on the chosen shipping method and bank. The average time for a refund after cancellation is three weeks.
