Comfortable Near The Sea House is located in Vergia, a small and peaceful seaside village on the coast of Kassandra, offering a pleasant setting for a relaxing summer holiday. The sandy beach is just 430 metres from the accommodation, allowing guests to have the sea within easy reach throughout their stay.

With its spacious and welcoming atmosphere, Comfortable Near The Sea House is particularly suitable for families and larger groups of friends who want to spend their holiday together, enjoying the sea, sunshine and relaxed atmosphere of Vergia. It is a place where days can begin with a leisurely walk to the beach and continue at the peaceful and unhurried pace characteristic of smaller seaside destinations.

The spacious apartment is located on the first floor of the house and can accommodate up to eight adults. It consists of a living room, kitchen, three bedrooms and a bathroom.

The first bedroom features two separate single beds and bunk beds, the second is furnished with a double bed, while the third has a single bed and a baby cot. The living room also features a sofa suitable for one person.

A baby cot is always available in the accommodation and its use is included in the price.

The apartment features air conditioning in the living room, as well as ceiling and floor fans in the bedrooms. Guests also have access to free Wi-Fi, a TV with satellite channels, a washing machine and a hairdryer.

The kitchen is equipped with four cooking rings, a large oven, a large refrigerator with a freezer, a kettle, a coffee machine and a toaster, providing guests with everything they need to prepare meals during their stay.

The balcony is furnished with outdoor seating, offering a pleasant place to relax and enjoy views of the beautifully maintained garden and the surrounding area.

Small pets are allowed at an additional charge.

During their stay, guests are responsible for cleaning the accommodation themselves. A clean set of bed linen and towels is provided and can be changed by the guests whenever needed. Additional cleaning service is available at an extra charge.

There is no private parking space provided for guests, but free parking is usually available along the street in the immediate vicinity of the accommodation.

Booking and cancellation terms

Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of no-show, 50% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
