Hotel Description

Katerina Hotel is located in the first row to the sea and offers a spacious green courtyard. It features free parking, free internet and barbecue facilities, while breakfast is available with extra charge.

Only the forest separates it from the beach (about 200m).

The accommodation was renovated in 2011. There are 12 accommodation is units- seven studios and five duplex apartments available, set in four buildings located in a spacious green courtyard.

The first building has two duplex apartments (about 60m2). Both arranged identically, one is on the ground ant the other is on the first floor. There are two single beds in each of the two bedrooms, while in the living room there’s a sofa for two adults. The apartments have two bathrooms with shower cabins, the fully equipped kitchen has a small fridge and a hot plate, while the terrace overlooks the yard.

In the second building, there are two more duplex apartments (about 60m2) arranged in the same way as in the first building. One is on the ground floor, the other is on the upper floor and both overlook the yard.

There are six studios (about 25m2) in the third building, three on the ground and another three on the first floor, all arranged in the same way. Two studios on the ground floor have one double bed, a sofa bed for an adult and a pull-out armchair, while the third studio only differs in having two single beds instead of one double. There’s a shower cabin in the bathroom, the fully equipped kitchen a has a small fridge and a hot plate, while the terrace overlooks the yard.

The fourth building consists of a studio (about 30m2) on the ground floor and a duplex apartment (about 55m2) on the first floor. The studio has two single beds, a sofa bed for one adult and a pull-out armchair, bathroom with a shower and an equipped kitchen with a small fridge and a hot plate. The duplex apartment has two bedrooms (with one double and two single beds), a living room with a sofa bed for two adults, one bathroom with a shower, the kitchen is the same as in other accommodation units and the terrace overlooks the courtyard.

There is a possibility of adding an extra bed, as well as the baby cot. All accommodation units have mosquito nets, a hairdryer and access to wireless internet. The restaurant serves breakfast (buffet) only. Other meals cannot be ordered.

Cleaning is done daily, towels are changed after two and bed linen after three days.

The yard is very nicely arranged, with lots of flowers, trees and space with toys for children. There’s also a barbecue with sitting sets.

A large public parking is available to guests in front of the hotel.

If you’re looking for decent accommodation on the coast, a minute away from a wide and long sandy beach, Katerina Hotel can be an excellent choice.

Deposit of 20% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 22 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of no-show, 100% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged. *If a deposit refund is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of the costs depends on the chosen shipping method and bank. The average time for a refund after cancellation is three weeks.
