Hotel Katerina is located in the front row by the sea and features a spacious green courtyard that all studios and apartments overlook. Guests have at their disposal parking, free internet, and a barbecue, while breakfast is available at an additional cost.
Only a forest, which adorns this area, separates it from the beach (about 200m).
The accommodation was renovated in 2011. There are 12 accommodation units on offer - seven studios and five duplex apartments located in four buildings within a spacious green courtyard.
The first building houses two duplex apartments (55-60m2). One is located on the ground floor and the other on the first floor, both decorated identically. Each bedroom has two single beds pushed together, while the living room has a sofa bed for two adults. The apartments have two bathrooms with shower cabins, a fully equipped kitchen with a fridge and stove, and a terrace overlooking the courtyard.
The second building also contains two duplex apartments arranged in the same way as in the first building. One is on the ground floor, the other on the first floor, both facing the courtyard.
The third building accommodates six studios (about 25m2), three on the ground floor and three on the first floor, all decorated similarly. Two ground floor studios have one double bed, a single bed, and a sofa bed, while the third one only differs in having two single beds pushed together instead of a double bed. The bathroom has a shower cabin, the kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge and stove, and the terrace overlooks the courtyard.
A studio (25-30m2) is located on the ground floor of the fourth building, and a duplex apartment (about 55m2) on the first floor. The studio has two single beds pushed together, another single bed, and a sofa bed, a bathroom with a shower cabin, and a fully equipped kitchen with a fridge and stove. The duplex apartment has two bedrooms (one with a double bed and two single beds), a living room with a sofa bed for two adults, a bathroom with a shower cabin, a kitchen similar to other units, and a terrace overlooking the courtyard.
An extra bed can be added, as well as a baby cot. All accommodation units have mosquito nets, a hairdryer, and internet access. The restaurant serves only breakfast (buffet style). Other meals cannot be ordered.
Cleaning is done daily, towels are changed every two days, and linen every three days.
The courtyard is beautifully landscaped, full of flowers, trees, and play areas for children. There is also a built-in barbecue with seating.
Guests have a large public parking lot in front of the hotel at their disposal.
If you are looking for decent accommodation, by the coast, just a minute away from a wide and long sandy beach, Hotel Katerina can be an excellent choice.
