Alexandros Studio is located in the seaside town of Nea Iraklitsa, near Kavala, on the northern coast of Orphan Bay, part of the Aegean Sea, opposite the island of Thassos. Located in the central part, near markets, cafes and restaurants, it offers you a pleasant vacation and the possibility of visiting the surrounding beaches and sights. The nearest sandy beach is 230 meters from the accommodation.

This apartment, located on the second floor of a residential building, can accommodate a maximum of three adults. It has a bedroom, a kitchen and a bathroom. In the bedroom there is a double bed, narrower than the standard size, and a sofa for one person.

In this air-conditioned facility, guests have at their disposal free Wi-Fi internet, TV, hair dryer, washing machine, as well as a kitchen equipped with a four-burner stove and a large refrigerator with a freezer.

During their stay, guests are responsible for cleaning the apartment themselves. Every fourth day, a replacement set of bed linen and towels is provided, which guests replace according to their own needs.

Overnight environmental tax is not included in prices.
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged. *If a deposit refund is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of the costs depends on the chosen shipping method and bank. The average time for a refund after cancellation is three weeks.
