Fotini’s Apartment is located in Nea Peramos, not far from Kavala. It is characterized by a blend of rustic elements and simple design that brings warmth and creates a pleasant atmosphere, ideal for guests seeking peace and relaxation. The nearest beach is located 450m away.
The apartment can accommodate up to five people and is located on the first floor of a residential building without an elevator. Due to the cascade construction, the entrance is on the second floor. The apartment consists of a living room with a kitchen, two bedrooms, and a bathroom. One bedroom has a double bed, the other bedroom has two single beds, and the living room has a sofa for one person.
A crib and a high chair are available.
Guests have at their disposal air conditioning, internet, TV, hairdryer, washing machine, as well as a fully equipped kitchen with a four-ring stove and oven, a large fridge with a freezer, a kettle, a toaster, and a coffee maker. The balcony offers a view of the sea in the distance.
Pets are not allowed in this accommodation.
Cleaning of the accommodation units, as well as the replacement of towels and bed linen, is done every three days.
Guests are provided with one private parking space.

- Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
