Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 30 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
**If the deposit refund is possible, the guest will cover the sending costs. The amount of the costs depends on the chosen sending method and the bank. The average refund time after cancellation is three weeks.Description
Casa Di Calma is a recently renovated property located in Eleohorio, about 5km from Amolofi beach and about 5.5km from Nea Peramos. The nearest beach is about 4 km away from the property.
We offer two air-conditioned apartments with free Wi-Fi and private parking. For the convenience of those staying in the apartments, there is a private entrance.
The apartments offer guests a terrace, a sea view, a seating area, a flat-screen TV with satellite channels, a fully equipped kitchen with an oven and a refrigerator, as well as a private bathroom with a bathtub/shower and a hairdryer. Each unit offers a balcony with outdoor dining and mountain views.
The units are equipped with bed linen and towels. Guests are responsible for maintaining the hygiene of the accommodation during their stay. For reservations longer than seven nights, an additional set of bed linen and towels are provided, which guests can provide independently. Cleaning service is available upon request and at an additional cost.
Guests can also use the barbecue in the yard, as well as the furniture for sitting.
Parking spaces are provided for guests, within the fenced yard.
