Retro Beach House is a spacious and comfortable apartment located in Nea Peramos, right next to the coast. Thanks to its exceptional location, this accommodation is an excellent choice for guests who wish to enjoy being close to the sea, as it is situated just 27 m from the beach and 500 m from the resort center. It is ideal for larger families or groups of friends looking to spend their holiday in a pleasant and functionally equipped space.

The apartment is located on the ground floor and is intended for a maximum of eight adults. Guests have access to two bedrooms, a living room, a kitchen, and two bathrooms. One bedroom features a double bed, while the second bedroom includes a double bed and a single bed. In the living room, there are two single beds and a sofa for one person.

This air-conditioned accommodation ensures a pleasant stay during hot summer days. Guests have access to WiFi internet connection, flat-screen TVs, and all necessary amenities for a comfortable stay. The kitchen is suitable for preparing meals and is equipped with a stove with four hotplates and a large oven, a large refrigerator with a freezer, a toaster, a kettle, and a coffee machine. During their stay, guests also have access to a washing machine and a hair dryer.

A special feature of this accommodation is the spacious porch with a sea view, which provides the perfect setting for relaxation during the day or enjoying the evening with a pleasant sea breeze.

Cleaning service is not provided, and guests are responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of the apartment during their stay. For stays longer than seven nights, a clean replacement set of bed linen and towels is available, while guests are required to notify the owner on the same day in order for the used set to be collected in a timely manner, ensuring the highest hygiene standards for all current and future guests.

This apartment does not include a private parking space, and guests may park their vehicles on the street.

Booking and Cancellation Terms

Deposit of 20% is required to confirm the reservation. 100% of total reservation need to be paid 2 days prior arrival. If cancelled at any time paid money is non-refundable. In the case of no-show, 100% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.

Price note

Minimum stay requirement is seven nights during the second half of June (starting June 15th), July and August and four nights during the first half of June and during the whole September.
