Siesta Villa is located at the exit of the village of Palio towards Nea Iraklitsa, in a peaceful location. This private house, decorated in a traditional Greek style, features two separate rooms, a terrace with a sea view, and private parking.

The center of the village is 2km away, and the market is at a distance of 1.6km. The Lidl in Nea Iraklitsa is 2.3km from the accommodation.

The nearest beach is 200m away, while the famous Ammolofoi beach is located 9km away.

This house is situated on the high ground floor and can accommodate a maximum of five people (four adults and one child).

The house (70m2) consists of two separate bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds, a living room with a sofa for one person, a fully equipped kitchen, and a bathroom. It has a balcony overlooking the sea and the street, where a seating set is located.

Available amenities include internet, TV, air conditioning in the living room, washing machine, hairdryer, as well as a fully equipped kitchen with four burners and a large oven, a large fridge with a freezer, a toaster, a kettle, and a coffee maker. The bathroom features a shower with a curtain.

Guests enter a clean accommodation and are responsible for hygiene during their stay. An additional set of towels and bed linen is provided for guests to change themselves.

Booking and cancellation terms

Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
