Hotel Description
Nickolas Villa is located in the small settlement of Palio, about 5-7 km from Kavala. There are a total of nine rooms, six with kitchens (studios) and three without kitchens. Most of the rooms have a terrace with a sea view.
The villa is located above the road, and is only a hundred meters away from the beach.
Accommodation units can be double, triple or quadruple. In double and triple rooms, an extra bed can be added if necessary. The furniture is new and of high quality.
Dowel rooms Junior and Grand Suite do not have a kitchen. The difference is that in the Junior Suite all the beds are in one room, while the Grand Suite has two rooms separated by a door.
All accommodation units have a modern bathroom and a terrace with a view of the highway and the sea, TV with satellite channels, air conditioning, safe, hair dryer, wireless Internet, refrigerator, electric kettle, telephone and mosquito nets on the windows, and a baby cot can be added. obtain with previous inquiry. Some three-bed and four-bed accommodation units have an equipped kitchenette for preparing light meals. Laundry and wake-up services, private parking and barbecue in the yard are available to guests.
Cleaning is done daily, and sheets and towels are changed every two days.
The owners of the villa also have a bar on Navagio beach, where sunbeds and umbrellas are free for guests of the accommodation. On the ground floor of the villa is a bar with a dining room where breakfast is served on the basis of a rich buffet.
If you want quality accommodation, very close to the beach, nicely decorated and comfortable rooms and terraces, Villa Nickolas can be an excellent choice. Kavala is only a 7-8 minute drive from the villa and offers a wide range of activities for young and old. Also, the tourist town of Nea Iraklica is only a 3-4 minute drive from Palio, so the location of Villa Nickolas is also excellent.
