Just On The Sea 2 Villa is located at the exit of the village of Palio towards Nea Iraklitsa and has a direct access to the sandy beach. The accommodation unit has six bedrooms and is intended for larger groups.
The property is located 3km away from the center of the village. Miltos Market is 1.4km away, while Lidl in Nea Iraklitsa is at a distance of 2.9km.
As previously mentioned, the accommodation has a direct access to the beach.
By its structure, it is a maisonette. It spans over two levels, the first and second floor, with a total area of 229m2. It is intended for a maximum of 16 people, 13 adults and three children.
It consists of six bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a living room with a kitchen and dining area. On the first floor, there are two bedrooms, each with a double bed, and one of them also has a single bed, while the living room has a sofa for two people. On the second floor, there are four bedrooms, each with a double bed, and one of the bedrooms also has a sofa for one person.
Each bedroom, as well as the living room, is equipped with air conditioning. Guests have access to free WiFi, TV, hairdryer, washing machine, and a fully equipped kitchen with a four-ring stove, large oven, big fridge with freezer, microwave, kettle, coffee maker, and toaster. The bathrooms feature a shower cabin, while on the second floor, there is a jacuzzi in the bathroom. The villa has a well-maintained yard with a seating area and a private parking.
Guests enter a clean accommodation, after which they are responsible for its maintenance, while bed linen and towels are changed halfway through the stay.
In the beautifully landscaped and maintained yard, guests can enjoy preparing barbecue with family and friends.
Private parking is provided for accommodation guests.

For reservations for period from 01.05.2024 to 31.03.2025, for stays of 30 nights and more, discount of 15 % of total reservation is allowed.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. 100% of total reservation need to be paid 5 days prior arrival. If cancelled at any time paid money is non-refundable. In the case of no-show, 100% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.
