Owner description
Just On The Sea 2 Villa is located outside the town of Palio, in the western part of the city of Kavala, just 10m from the sandy beach.
This accommodation unit, in its structure, is a two-level maisonette designed to accommodate a maximum of 13 adults and three children. It consists of six bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a living room with a kitchen and dining area. On the first floor, on the first level, there are two bedrooms, each with a double bed, and one of them also has a single bed, while the living room has a sofa for two. On the second floor, there are four bedrooms, each with a double bed, and one of the bedrooms also has a sofa for one person.
Upon request and included in the price, a baby cot is available.
In this air-conditioned accommodation, which has independent air conditioning units in the living room and bedrooms, guests have access to free WiFi, a flat-screen TV, a hairdryer, a washing machine, as well as a fully equipped kitchen with a stove with four ceramic hobs, a large oven, a big fridge with a freezer, a microwave, a kettle, a coffee maker, and a toaster. The bathrooms have a shower cabin, while on the second floor, there is also a jacuzzi in the bathroom.
Guests can spend warm summer days, overlooking the sea, on balconies equipped with seating sets.
In the beautifully landscaped and well-maintained yard, guests can enjoy preparing barbecue with family and friends.
Pets are not allowed in this accommodation.
Guests enter a clean accommodation and are responsible for hygiene during their stay, while the replacement of bed linen and towels is done halfway through the stay.
A parking space is provided within the private parking area for guests of the accommodation.

For reservations for period from 01.05.2024 to 31.03.2025, for stays of 30 nights and more, discount of 15 % of total reservation is allowed.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. 100% of total reservation need to be paid 5 days prior arrival. If cancelled at any time paid money is non-refundable. In the case of no-show, 100% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.
