Sunny Suites is a comfortable and practical studio located in the small resort of Palio, near Kavala, ideal for a carefree vacation away from the city crowds. The accommodation is situated 1km away from the town center and 240m from the nearest beach.

This studio for three persons is situated on the first floor of a residential building and includes a double bed and a sofa.

The accommodation is equipped with internet, TV, air conditioning, washing machine, hairdryer, and mosquito nets. The kitchen contains two hot plates, a large oven, a big refrigerator with a freezer, and a coffee maker. The bathroom features a shower with a curtain.

There is a balcony with seating area available. Additionally, guests have access to a well-maintained communal garden.

Cleaning service is not provided, so guests are responsible for the hygiene of the apartment. A replacement set of bed linen and towels is available for guests to change themselves.

Pets are not allowed in this accommodation.

Private parking is not available, but guests can park their vehicles on the street.

Booking and cancellation terms

Deposit of 10% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 7 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of no-show, 10% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.
